Ordered a white ruffle neck blouse. Size OK but quality very poor - more like lining fabric; thin and almost see through. Neckline far too low and does not sit properly. Looks really cheap. Nothing like on the model. Really disappointed. Will never order from them again.

I ordered two dresses and a shirt for my husband and I to wear at a renaissance wedding I measured myself measured my husband in order to accordingly to their measurements in inches and centimeters both two dresses in the shirt did not fit at all they were nowhere near the same measurements that they have on their website when I contacted them right after receiving them they first sent me back a thing and said one of them was not able for return or exchange and I could either pay all the stuff to have it sent back to China or I could have a 50% off my replacement item without having to send it back when I sent back that saying that I could I would accept that then they told me that none of the stuff was available for exchange returned or refund in any way I have copies of all of their messages that they sent their website is falsely advertised false advertisement please do not buy from this company. Even though my dress both of them and the shirt still had their tags on them they're in mint condition all we did was take them out of Pat's triangle put them back in the package even though the box was torn up nothing was wrong with them all I wanted was an even exchange I was even willing to accept the 50% or mailing them back at my cost but now they won't do anything they keep saying that they're all non returnable. This is a scam!!!! They will not honor their return policies they do not honor any policies and it's coming from China. You're better off ordering from an American company or at least from Amazon where you can have free returns.

I have bought 3 wigs, not one of them looks like the advert, one isn't even the ordered colour. Rubbish. I will never buy from this company again

I bought a dress from them because I thought they were a US company, paying US wages (if I'd known they operated out of China, and shipping directly from China, I would have thought twice about paying the same price I'd pay at home). The dress itself was nice, though the stitching wasn't quite aligned in places and it was a completely different colour from that advertised (but the colour was fortunately nicer). I wrote this in the review on their site so other customers buying the same address would be aware. I also wrote that the dress was selling for US$ 99 but they added almost 20% on top of the exchange rate (excluding postage and handling). They offered me a voucher for the difference in exchange for removing my review (which I did, despite not wanting to have to buy more from them, I would have preferred just to receive the difference back) but then the voucher didn't work anyway and I couldn't contact anyone about it (note, they only reply/deal with your issue if you write a negative review, and it's a different person who speaks to you -- not the department you sent your complaint to. They aren't even aware you contacted them, they are only aware of -- and care about -- your negative review. Then they'll try to get you to remove that review, even if you included some positive stuff). I could no longer write another review to say what happened. Beware of this company, they engage in deceptive and unethical practices and clearly don't care about the customer. Furthermore, it's just not nice to trick someone into doing something and then letting your part of the deal fall through once you've got what you want (having worked in China years earlier I learned that this is common practice, but unfortunately I wasn't aware it was a Chinese company at the time). I wish I'd held my ground now and not deleted that review.

The quality is more than poor it's worth may be 2 pound plus labour ' made in china'. So i guess pretty underpaid there .If you want refund you have to send the parcel back to china yourself..and after arrival you get a refund. Well i thought i better make cleaning rags out of it :(

I ordered a medium back support from paypal on the 2nd July, it arrived two weeks later , much too small .Return label to send it back to West Drayton which i did asking for a larger size ,It was returned unopened with same return address, got in touch with LITIBOX telling me to send it to China , i sent it on the 31st Sep with all postage information , the cost of £14 90 they never paid I waited a month emailing them , they said the parcel was held up at the docks one email said that your item will be sent next day , followed by another email , saying the item will not be sent until they receive the returned item ,So after three months I gave up and got my £27 00 back from Paypal .Costing me £14 90 hours ,of time getting no where ,I do feel it`s the best company for loosing customers never to use them again , you have been warned

A company that has no regard for there customers they are impossible to contact I had my package from them which they send by DHL carrier and had a demand to pay £84 in delivery charges and duty before it could be delivered no mention is made of this by the company when you order and makes there products much more expensive that everyone else. Suggest you think twice before you use these con merchants as remember they are impossible to contact

Do not buy from this company. They will take your money and you won't hear from them or receive your purchase. They will send automated replies to you queries in you give up trying. My bank are pursuing them for my refund. Scam

I have ordered pugg boots for my dog , they feel amazing good quality too . I will continue to order from here for things that I may need in the future, they also keep you informed about your order which is a great help especially if your at work im definitely recommended this site to anyone

The quality of the fabric and sewing of the garments are poor and not at all as advertised. The stitching of the garment was loose upon arrival. It is a nightmare to get any service or a refund. They are giving online shopping a very bitter experience.

Ordered shoes in grey. The shoes were beige. When i asked for a refund I was told i could exchange them but had to ship them back to China at my expense and in their words... It will cost more than your product. They said to keep the product or give them to a friend but refused to refund my money.
