Poor communication. Item never arrived & having great difficulties getting refund. Not shipped within given website timescale. JUST STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. CHINA BASED - TERRIBLE SHIPPING ISSUES

I ordered 2 jumpers for my daughters birthday back in November I paid for quick delivery and spent over 40 pounds the jumpers have never been received.I have chased them up loads of times constantly being told they have been shipped.The tracking number states that they are still waiting for the items from 10.12.20 it appears I have been duped they provide a shipping number as proof of shipping but this is not proof of anything I was given a 10 pound voucher which stated I needed to spend more than the vouchers worth!! Must be stupid seeing as they've taken my money for good never sent or received Thank you very much 1 very upset autistic child who didn't get her birthday present and doesn't seem that she will get it as a Christmas present either

Your package had been forwarded to Royal Mail's Agent in China and is currently held by them. Royal Mail is overloaded by packages due to the busy holiday season. So they require longer time than before to deal with all the packages and ship them to UK. And the online tracking will be updated again once the package arrives at UK. We can understand that you need the order sooner and have asked the courier to prioritize the order delivery. However, this will still require several days to ship. Would you please be kindly waiting for this order a few more days? At the same time, we'd like to apply for a proper compensation for you. First of all the prices are very reasonable and the app is very easy to use . But unfortunately the shipping sucks. I placed an order in Tue last week of November and on the 6th of December I finally got a tracking number that is completely useless. All it says is a shipping label was created in New York when I track it . It is now the 20 th of December and it still says the same thing no change after 2 full weeks of the label being created. It says on the app all packages will be shipped 5 to 7 days it does not say that it is going to take 3+ weeks to receive them. That sucks to cause I was ready to buy a lot more from them if it was a good buying experience but unfortunately it was not.

SAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE: my first order took 3 months it was good quality so give them the benifit of dout I ordered for the second time 2 items I revived one item. but a month later I still had not received the second item so I contacted customer services they got back a week and a half later saying it had been delivered to a completely different address they are not geting back to me on this I have asked for my money back nothing will not be using them again

Got to agree with all the other reviews - this has been a nightmare. I cancelled the order almost immediately due to the lack of information regarding delivery and the added delivery charge which should have been removed. The company dispatched the items they had anyway and then DHL contacted me to say there was an import charge of almost 50% of the cost of the initial order. I have now been told I have to pay the charge and claim it back by sending them the invoice...for goods that I no longer want.

This company is a scam and a hoax. DO NOT order from them. You will receive garbage. There is no return policy unless you intend to pay $40 to ship to Guangzhou China. I have been to China many times, the quality in the stores is good. This is NOT. Stay far away, the pictures on the site are made up. You will NOT get what is advertised. Better to just burn your money instead. You will definitely lose it.

STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Bought three jumpers from them and they never bothered to notify me about one of them being out of stock I found out when they arrived and they weren’t even going to refund me and they arrived three weeks late and then also got taxed 30 euro for a package that cost 45 and even though I paid the insurance they still refused to reimburse me. They may be cheap but don’t be tempted they are an absolute joke. I have never had such appalling service in my entire life they have absolutely no business sense and I personally hope they go out of business. When I contacted them about it it took days for them to tell me they weren’t giving me any money back but could have a thirteen euro voucher for their terrible shop. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Do not. Repeat. Do not order through this company. They do not send the goods they don’t respond to emails etc. They close enquires without resolutions. Absolutely abysmal. Save yourself the hassle of having to claim it back through your bank , you will not get a thing back

Beware of sizes. I ordered 3XL - largest size available thinking I could take it in if it was too loose. It fits like a sausage skin. I think this will fit my 12 year old THIN granddaughter so it's not a total loss. Won't be ordering clothes from this company again.

No customer service at all. You can’t contact company other than via their app. I couldn’t sign in, they refuse to deal with me unless I message thru my account (I can’t get in!) they don’t respond to my requests to get access to my account. Ordered items 2 weeks ago, one email says items despatched, another email says they are unable to despatch! No response to emails. They have stolen my money they don’t seem to have a complaints procedure, I am now forced to ask PayPal to obtain my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered in August. I received an email after a few months saying my address was wrong (it wasn't) and I needed to send the right one asap (which I did). Still nothing after 4 months. Obviously they try to blame me for not receiving anything. On our local reviews in South Africa , they receive mostly 1 star terrible reviews and then some very suspicious 5 star reviews in a row.... Terrible terrible company!!
