DON'T BUY HERE!!! unless you want to spend the next 45 days trying to get a refund for merchandise not sent, or damaged merchandise, thus what I am going thru. Since April 7th 2020. All contact with company is done thru submitted tickets and then "FABIO" will say what he says. May 23,2020 the answer to my submitted ticket was "A refund has been issued, Please allow 3-15 Business days for this process."NO refund yet. TICKET Number is 20977531. I want my money in my Account as promised.

I have ordered an item 3 weeks ago, in the checkout I have paid £5.74 for 5 working days delivery. I received the confirmation email. But still has not received the item. Also in my account shows My Order section is empty! I have emailed to the costumer service but they haven't responded yet 🤔

Never received my product after 60 days and had two weeks of them copy and pasting the same response to my ticket.....which was for me to contact them after 60 days. Still haven't resolved the issue

I ordered for a product from lightinthebox.com.. was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago. still waiting for it. Their website order tracking tools show that the package is delivered.. god alone knows who received the package. I have never received a single call or message about the delivery. Customer service does not bother to respond to any concerns raised. Like they don't care. Looks like I've been cheated. please check reviews before you order anything from lightinthebox.com. its a fraud website.

You just can’t get hold of anyone regarding parcel status, I don’t even believe I will receive it , I keep looking at my card outgoings in case my card is used anywhere else , I really don’t believe it’s a genuine site

Filing a complaint tomorrow with FTC, BBB, And a few other federal companies. WRONG PERSON TO COMMIT FRAUD to. They took my money gladly and sent me NOTHING. Not happening....

Real Scammer - this company Item ordered not received. I emailed them but no reply. Paypal mailed them, no reply. I lost my money as I missed out by one day to escalate my dispute to "claim" with Paypal.

WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY....ONLY FRUSTRATION!!!!Terrible and Misleading! I should have looked into this further! They design their website making it look like they are from your own country when in fact they are from China. When I logged on all I saw were Canadian flags, maple leafs, etc. I was mislead to thinking this was a Canadian website. I ordered things, was promised expedited delivery, 2-5 days, and placed my order on April 3rd. I was told it was shipped April 17. As of June 15 and many complaints, still nothing and now I have to wait until July 17 for them to even "decide" to issue a credit. Total nonsense. JUST AN AGGRAVATING EXPERIENCE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Broken I phone cover ,tried to cancel another one ,couldn't contact anyone tried email dont know if got it but no response whatsoever absolutely disappointing company ,no way of contact tried all ways

I ordered my items four months ago and they still haven't arrived. The express delivery is a scam. This company doesn't have any stock and when you order, they order it from China. Don't buy on Lightinthebox and check elsewhere! Not trustworthy!

Well, here is my last email to them (copied below)... they charged me 220euros on 16th April, with express delivery of 4-8 days, stating clearly the items were in stock (hence why I chose them). No delivery, no replies, no refund. Fraudulent. I am hoping to find recourse via the bank as this is a fraudulent "agent" website. 2004160836874934 todo este pedido no ha llegado. Pague 220 euros el 16 de abril, incluso la entrega rapida de 4-8 dias. Desde entonces he pagado aduana 20euros, que no me habeis devuelto. Tampoco me habeis devuelto mi dinero, aunque ya se lo pedi por email. Estes articulos no me servirian nada si lleguen. Devuelvenme mi dinero, incluso os 20euros de aduana. Directamente a mi cuenta, no como credito con tu tienda. Estoy buscando otros maneras de denunciaros. Sois sin verguenza tratar a clientes asi.

I ordered some items for more than 150€, the order was split in two parcel. I receive the first but the second one it’s missing, it’s more than 40 workings days that I waiting. I m very disappointed the two parcel has the same order number and same tracking number. I ll not trust anymore.

More like s*** in the box. Some Parts arrived (after 2 months and after numerous chase emails), some never did. They ignore your refund requests. Criminals. They know what they’re doing when it comes to Stealing your money : ) Shame I didn’t do my homework beforehand.

The dress was of a very inferior quality and badly made. Not nearly as nice as it looked in the picture. The cost of returning it was too high to make it worthwhile. I've put it down to a bad experience!
