I have been delighted with every purchase I have made. All items have been of high quality and at a fantastic price. Delivery takes a bit long but I haven’t been in a rush for any items ordered so this hasn’t mattered. I have received some high quality bargain items already for my wedding next year.

Selling and charging for items they dont have. Ordered bag and shoes matching set. Noticed partial refund, contacted them told no bag. Asked for order to be cancelled and full refund, told no, had to wait for shoes to be sent, received, returned at my own cost. Postage from them takes around 4 weeks. Lodged complaint but they still sent shoes 4 days later, thanked me for my understanding and refused to deal with complaint.

Instantly accessible from the app, LITB has a massive range of products clearly laid out under helpful headings. One can choose to view prices from low to high or high to low. Clear pictures accompany each product. Delivery is quick and goods are carefully wrapped

Light in The Box appear to be a Company with access to the goods from a variety of sources and they can pass on any savings from the companies in question. Their stock is a selection of marvellous styles for all the family but which are completely of the moment. Apart from the stylish clothes, by using the 'search' facility you will find you have access to a whole world of goods you don't expect, like stylish watches. The main drawback to Light in The Box is the length of time it can take to get the goods but you won' be disappointed with the quality when they arrive.

Great prices and huge range of products, nice also to have little incentives with special offers and vouchers to encourage repeat orders. Also customer services are quick at responding to any queries, so overall an excellent retail experience. My only criticism is that the search function on finding products does not seem work very well, in that when you enter an item description to look for, the site comes up with 84 pages of mixed items, and not ranked in terms of relevance.

I first went on LightInTheBox for one specific item and ended up placing a few orders after that. Very pleased with my purchases so far. I forgot to add insurance on a couple of orders that were being processed. I didn't think much would happen but LightInTheBox helped me with that and responded to every email I sent.

With all of the bad reviews and complaints, I am surprised this company is still operating. I. bought 2 pairs of trousers for my husband from this company. What arrived was 3 pairs of badly made, extremely poor quality trousers that would not fit a six year old child. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and lodged a formal complaint. The company said if I returned the goods they would reimburse me. However I had to bear the cost of mailing the trousers back to them, within one week. I also had to provide them with a tracking number. This cost me £20. The price of the goods was £45. I am angry that I had to bare the cost of the return postage.

Have nothing to do with these people. Total scam!! Ordered flapper dress which arrived in a mess, tassels broken and lying in packing also hanging loose. Tried everything to find a way to return this item without success. Kept being directed to refunds which was a waste of tine, no information whatsoever. Neither was there information in my account’ even though that was where I was directed to. Ended up emailing these people-no reply, no communication. Obviously this is a total scam! Why on earth would anyone have to pay to return faulty goods!!! Total cowboys. Total rip off - don’t order anything from these dishonest people. Will ask solicitor to investigate

I had the wrong product delivered by light in the box. I had to pay to have it returned and still waiting for the postage refund. Customer service( Brandon) has suddenly stopped corresponding. This saga has carried on since February... not very reliable or professional

Poor quality materials and prints. Allows only 7 days upon receipt of product and refuses returns after that, even based on poor quality products. It is cheap yes, but poor quality materials and print. Usually a month is allowed for returns when buying in stores, but only 7 days upon receipt, when buying online, makes no sense.

Bad quality of shoes. They don't reply to the emails. I wanted to return the shoes but I didn't hear back from them.
