After 4 months I have not received my goods - and they will not give me my money back. An experience many others in this thread have had. Lightinthebox are stunningly indifferent no matter how much you turn to their customer service (By the way, count on one (!!) answer every 24 hours - they love to exhaust you). They will not refund my money as they claim they have not received the package returned, which they have never sent. It's pure peasantry. Stay away! There are so many good companies that are better and cheaper, that you can trust Ligthinthebox is NOT one of them.

Dreadful experience, they claim they delivered my package, spent quite a lot of money. Now cannot get hold of them. I will write this off But don't want anybody else to go through the frustration and tears. They owe me quite a lot if money. Furious.

The tops that arrived are nothing like the pictures on the website. Horribly cheap polyester type cloth, not cotton, badly put together to form a weird shape. They must know they're ripping people off, hence why the returns policy is like trying to apply for a job with the Secret Service. I also see that there are several firms putting up exactly the same adverts and products (from memory, one is called Cotosen), so it looks like one company is trading under several different names, so that when customers get wise to one, and the orders start to dry up, they just put out more online ads using a different company name. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Not just Light In The Box, (or 'Sh*te In The Post', as they should be called), but also Cotosen, and any other company with the same ad, because they're the same people.

Waited quite a while for the order but was pleased with the dresses when they arrived a large was a perfect 14 in the dresses I ordered. Material perfect for holiday or beach.

Can't even get my head round 'returns Items shown on my orders are NOT MINE!! Item sent is made of awful fabric and is nothing like photo on website. How is this company allowed to go on trading- they need to take a look at Amazon's business ethics!!

The dress I received from your company was a utter disgrace and nothing like the picture on the Internet we waited such a long time and when it arrived I was shocked a complete disappointment, would never recommend your company, the charity shop can have it, just a load of cheap looking trash. 👇👇🇬🇧my husband ordered this for me on his high pad, Mr j Jenkins.

I ordered a dress in mid February. It never arrived - now the end of March. They said my order was shipped but you can't even track your order. Not only that - you can't complain or contact customer services. Shockingly bad. Don't buy from them!

I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR. PLACED ORDER FOR £79. Didn't like any of it to did the request for refund straight away. Did not hear anything so chased again. Eventually messaged a supervisor who offered £27. What absolute joke. WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DIABOLICAL COMPANY. CLOTHES POOR QUALITY DONT LOOK NOTHING LIKE ON THE MODELS.

Ordered a wig and paid on 5th March Needed for a dress up party The site said 4 to 6 days delivery 19 days later the wig turned up and was nothing like the picture advertised......

Refund process a nightmare. Items were oversized in spite of my efforts to get the right size during purchase process. Getting a refund was a full time job for over a week, never got refunded, I'm out $116 and left with super big clothing!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - This company is a total rip off merchant. A lot of their clothing is non-refundable - but you won't know this until you try to send something back. I spent £220 on 3 items in the wedding guest category. Online they looked beautiful and good quality. But in reality they are all ill fitting, shocking quality, cheap material, badly made with unfinished seams. All too cheap and embarrassing to wear out. After requesting a refund I was told that they are in a non-refundable category (??!!) despite still having their tags on and full packaging. No refunds as it is "my personal opinion". The best I was offered after to and fro emails was a discount off a future order. I don't think so...........

They sent me the wrong item. I took a picture and emailed it to them, they acknowledged it was wrong and wanted to take a picture of the UPC code on the bag it came in. Well- I threw the bag away, so after waiting a ridiculous amount of time to get the wrong item, now I’m stuck with it. I wish I would’ve listened to the insane amount of reviews from people saying it’s a waste of money. It wasn’t even that cheap. Live and learn.

POOR QUALITY ITEM. POOR CUSTOMER AFTER SALES SERVICE. I purchased a ladies Jacket which arrived looking and feeling more like a cheap tee shirt with a collar! I requested a return and full refund, but was 'eventually' asked to accept the item with a 60% refund, after various lower offers. I finally accepted, as the return postage I would have to pay would out way the price of this useless item. THE REFUND WAS NEVER PAID! I asked on multiple times where it was, and was IGNORED! I have informed LIGHTINTHEBOX that I would be leaving a relevant review, to WARN OTHER customers. BE AWARE people!

The product I purchased, a men's patterned shirt for my husband, was nothing like the advertisement. The quality of the graphics was extremely poor and blurred. Looked like someone had printed a blurred photo on the fabric. The fabric was a very cheap and nasty unbreathable synthetic. Just horrible! What's more the delivery took several weeks and LightintheBox make it impossible for you to return the product which I thought was a UK address. Turns out it comes from China and they don't pay postage or provide a return address in the package. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
