I returned my items that cost my £58.00 back to you before Christmas at a cost of £15.00 to me. They have been returned to China and are sat in a sorting office. I have waited long enough for my refund as this is not a small amount of money to me. Please may I have a full refund plus £15.00 postage.

But after checking, it shows your package is currently held by the Customs and is under customs clearance progress. Due to the increasing COVID-19 cases in winter, the customs clearance progress will be more strictly and take longer time to be finished than normal. We had contacted the Customs Office, and they told us it would take another 2-3 weeks for the package to be released. Please kindly understand that we are unable to rush them. I’ve been sending so many emails as Regarding this company I ordered a small lap top they advertised 26$ .98 Today Monday 1st Feb I Received a computer MOUSE. Once again I’ve be duped. I’m not leaving it no way I’m seeking legal advice. I’ve got transaction number and invoice number. I want to get my money back from these pirates. So if I where you steer clear of this company.

Purchased a pair of work joggers on jan 4 2021 the wrong size came , material wasn't fit for purpose submitted an email to the co there response was show pictures etc , I responded to tell them what my issues were they would not pay return del costs I followed there size and guide chart which was wrong if they are selling into the uk market they should no we are a different size to . I followed there size chart haveing previously purchased a similar pair with the same size chart guide ! they said return in an unused condition , I did ! sent back by Royal Mail rec del In the mean while they subsequently sent me an email saying due to costs , why couldn't I sell them to some one else , eluding to the fact that it was more trouble to send the back to china , and offering discount on other products ! BUYERS BEWARE !!! I followed there procedure , I responded to there protocol ! reminding them numerous times that it wasn't correct to be difficult in theses times of austerity !! AND BAD reviews would affect there business model !! this clearly fell on deaf EARS !!! PURCHERS !! BUYERS you have been WARNED !! LIGHT IN THE BOX IS AN UNPRINCIPLED COMPANY PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AT YOUR PERRIL !!!

I ordered a dark grey/black pet booster car seat to match the black interior of my car. Today I received a very light grey - almost white version of my order. Very disappointing! Unable to upload photos

Brought a hoodie off them. It came ripped. Asked for a replacement, got ignored. Kept asking....eventually requested a refund....still ignored.

I received a dress that was the wrong size. Although disappointed at first with the customer service, lightinthebox are in the process of dealing with my complaint satisfactorily and have promised a full refund.

The products are pretty good and the images/patterns on them are excellent. However, the sizing is a problem and delivery time is quite long. I have bought twice from LitB. No problems with the first but problems with 3 items second time. Fixing issues is very difficult because of shipping time and cost. One item not as expected, one item is 4XL when I ordered 2XL and one item labelled as 2XL but is much more like M and I can't get it on! Solution offered so far is a discount on next order!! Not acceptable!

I placed an order for a top from here and they had full payment. 2 months on they say it has been delivered which it has not....on the day it was supposed to.have been delivered I was not even at home!!! They have no proof of delivery yet will not refund me.... I believe this is not a legitimate company and advise not partying with any money to them

About two weeks ago I ordered a puzzle from Light In The Box. I have not yet put it together but it seems like decent quality. The box arrived slightly damaged around the edges, which generally is not the producers fault, could however be due to poor packaging.this consumer products is very available concius for the shop.this is amazing for the shopping.
