Order number 37626714 processed May 29, 2020. Allegedly shipped June 1. Never received. (granted, it's an international order in the midst of a pandemic, delays were expected). Multiple "tickets," opened and closed with promised refund (September 15, 2020) not materializing, nor promised October 15, 2020 refund. Still awaiting resolution. Despite the good reviews and for the benefit of balance, am adding (rare for me) my experience to the pool of reviews.

Skeptical at first but I wanted that cute butterfly shirt! Im a 12, but bigger in the chest 40D, soooo I ordered a 3X, XXXL. I was ready to be disappointed but IM SO HAPPY IT FITS LIKE I WANTED IT TO. NOT TOO BIG BUT NOT TIGHT! I WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER! Thank you! Plumcrzee

All these reviews are fake. They use the same phrases throughout, " pocket friendly" and "keep it up" this is all Chinese crap and they are trying to scam you out of your money

Save yourself some time and frustration and just put your money in your toilet and flush. At least then you will have a fun story to tell! Light in the box products are cheaply made and not as described. Items ship from China and no matter what they promise at checkout, you will have to pay huge customs fees to the delivery person (think 50% of your order value). Refunds are not possible because items ship without confirmation emails, order numbers or invoices. The customer service tab and refund links on the site will lead you in circles. 100 euros completely wasted on a fraudulent company.

A message from LightInTheBox TID 21521149 of Order 39230139. I place d this order on the 30th August 2020 on my credit card. I got a message from light in the box that my order was cancelled due to 'some risky payment reason' and I was advised that my money would be refunded in 2 days. I waited the 2 days and no refund. Then I messaged them on the 6th September requesting my refund, i got a message back from them saying it will take about 15 days to refund my money because it was a credit card purchase. I messaged again on the 23rd September 2020 requesting my refund and I got a message back saying my ticket was 'closed' and can no longer be replied anymore. I still have not received my refund. Dont order from light in the box!

Ordered a ceiling light which looked amazing on the website. It was quite expensive and I had to pay an extra £51 in tax. When I got the light it was in bits as it had to be assembled. It looked very cheap, infact horrible!!!! Certainly not like the photo on the website. I’ve since asked for a full refund. They keep sending me emails arguing with me that there is nothing wrong with it. The last email they offered me 30% refund. WHAT???? I’ve wasted over £200 on absolute rubbish. Do not buy from this website. They are scammers !!!!!

Horrible customer service. A woman named Harper has acknowledged that I sent the clothes back at a £14 shipping cost, and I still havent recieved my refund! She keeps telling me the money is in a cybersource and wont explain what it means! When I asked for her manager`s email she stopped responding and it has been 4 days! Do not order from this company! They are fraudulant and I will be taking legal action. They are not legitimate and will steal from you. Worst company ever!

I am so disappointed I had no idea that I could not just return the items as it would Cost much more to ship them back to China. So only getting 20% back I will never order from here again.I am now stuck with 2 items that do not fit.

This is a scam for sure !!! The worlds biggest fraudsters. They will take your money and not refund. And dont think for one second the process to refund you is easy its so complicate that its impossible to get refunded. You have a better chance at winning the lotto than getting a refund. I hope the authorities close them down and catch these crooks.

I was excited when I visited their website and I was able to find Naruto printed outfits and the prices were fair. Plus there's this new phone I've been looking for, I was able to find it there. it was slightly costlier than I expected but they really have a vast collection of products. And it's nice.

I have been shopping online for 3 years and finding out about LightInTheBox was like a prayer answered. I recommend anyone who wants to participate in online shopping to consider giving this platform a chance. The experience has been life changing, who would have thought you can purchase a product at your own house and have it delivered at your doorstep. All thanks to LightInTheBox for making it happen.

I would recommend LightInTheBox to anyone. I had by far the best online shopping experience I've had this year. Their prices are affordable while keeping the product at the best quality possible. I especially loved their quick and responsive customer service that showed me through the checkout process which I reached to them about.

Lightbox is great platform. I would recommend anybody who wants to buy products online. Their delivery is on point and their customer service is quite satisfactory. I appreciate the services they offer. Couldn't ask for any better platform. Kudos guys.
