“Speedy delivery and good product. The only 'fault' is that the lights take a few minutes to 'warm up' and come on, which could be made clearer in the product information. But overall very pleased with the product.”

“They process things very quickly, so that I could not correct a mistake in my order even seconds after I had placed it!\nAlso had a faulty item in my order, but got a replacement for it quickly and without hassle. \nAll in all, I quite like lights4fun.”

“The product itself arrived a little crushed and I expected one string of lights not 4 linked together and all white wires not part green. Not a problem I can't get round but a little disappointing and enough for me to knock 1 star off the rating.”

“The only issue I had with this company was the delivery part of the service. For some reason my house no was not on the order (presumably I missed it off, but was not prompted to add it). It managed to get to the delivery company who obviously couldn't deliver it. After a couple of emails where I gave my full address a week went by and I still hadn't received my order. On returning from work the next day a neighbour from over came with a parcel and asked was it for me. Although I had given my full address the number had still been put down wrong. Luckily the neighbour who took the parcel in for her next door neighbour realised it was actually addresses to us over the road and three doors up!! \nHaving said all that the original ordering process was easy and once I finally received my goods I was very pleased with them and would definitely order again (having made sure my address was fully spelled out on the order form!)”

“I ordered a large number of lights for a party. Unfortunately, not everything was there in the first order, but when I contacted the company about it they were very helpful and sent the rest of the order out immediately by next day delivery.”

“Two sets of the lights had to be fixed by my partner as they wouldn't work, he had to fiddle inside the battery compartment to get it to connect properly.\n\nHowever that said, I do love them and the butterfly set I bought (2 of) are so pretty!”

“Customer service was first class. Friendly and helpful staff. Faulty lights replaced promptly. I was a little disappointed with the micro lights, which are very fragile. One set did not work the second time they were used, but the other five sets purchased were most effective and definitely added to the ambience of a great wedding.”

“Excellent service. I have used lights for fun before and all their products have been of good quality. This time there was a slight manufacturing fault on one light set but they resolved this issue without delay with a replacement. Will definitely use again.”
