I was disappointed that after ordering £106 of goods a 10% off email was sent if I waited 24hrs I would have been able to claim when the goods arrived the voucher codes enclosed were out of date having ordered goods many times before I was very disappointed that I could not get the 10%

Half of the lights don't work, and at least three bulbs were broken and another two had fallen off when I received these. Very poorly made.

Whilst the initial ordering process and service was very good, for a product that is expensive and supposed to last a number of years when it fails after only a few years quoting a 12months warranty is not acceptable service. If L4F expect the product to only last 12 months they should say so in the product description. If they feel it should last longer they are morally bound to help if they do not.

Paying £4 extra for first class and receive my order 9 days later, very annoyed with that and that my order is useless now

Terrible! Terrible! Disgraceful! A few words that come to mind. I purchased some candles for a special surprise engagement party I was planning. I opted to pay the extra money for the first class delivery to ensure I got the candles in time. Over a week later I still had not received my order. I then called up the company for explanation for my missing package. They advised me to go to my local sorting office with no delivery card being left nothing and see if my parcel was there. Obviously, the parcel was not there. I called back and understandably frustrated asked for my money back as the goods would be no good to me if they weren't here in time for the party. The lady I spoke to told me she would send me out some more candles express delivery, so they will be there next day. Unsurprisingly, another week later there is still NO candles. So my advice to you would be to NEVER use this company or place your order at least 6-9 months in advanced to ensure you maybe get your order in time. This being my first and only time using this company I can never see myself using them ever again, not recommend them to anyone. Shockingly bad!

Tiny lights, all tangled when they arrived which took ages to sort out and the colour isn't soft as described, quite the opposite! Very disappointing!

The lights I ordered was not working properly. The lights supposed to look warm. It looks nothing like what it advertised for. Very disappointing!

After spending at least 2 hrs of my precious time I gave up trying to put them together Still havnt bothered Possibly won't b bothered as I broke a couple of nails as well These should b discontinued as they are crap !!!

Absolutely terrible.\nMy first delivery of festoon lights was faulty.\nMy second lot of lights didn't arrive because they had been sent to wrong warehouse!\nWhen delivery rearranged that did not arrive because they couldn't find the address. They had mixed up delivery and billing addresses.\nThe lights did not arrive in time therefore for the large garden party they we're needs for.\nNo one has bothered to contact me about a refund\nIt couldn't be worse!\nI am a professional event planner and I have no intention of ever using or recommending . 'Lights4you' again.

Online presentation indicated lights had some illuminating effect. It was virtually none and were little more than oversized fairy lights Very dissapointed, if not unpacked and erected would have returned as ubsuitable. A Sticklen at sticklen@btopenworld.com

The quality of the product is pretty poor. I ordered 2 packs (pack of 2) of solar lights, so 4 in total. One of the solar lights is not working, So I rang LightsForFun, they were kind enough to send me another pack, but when I got them, one of them is not working.

The solar panel worked for 2 nights then stopped working. Works ok with mains, but I bought them to be all year round at the end of the garden. Waste of money

Haven't recieved my order for submerseable lights, should of received them last week. They cost £12.99 and partner was ordering them to trial for our wedding. I'm never going to use you again!! Thank you for all the messing around.
