“Had seen a lot of similar reviews about some solar lanterns being faulty, but that the customer service was good so decided to risk it. Ordered 2 solar lanterns, but one didn’t work. Called customer serves and they were indeed very good and replaced the faulty lantern. So in summary this specific spiral solar lantern seems Poor quality even for its low price but the customer service is Very Good. I have bought outdoor string lights from Lights4Fun several years ago and those lights are still running fine outside so I would use the company again and recommend them.”

“Unfortunately 2 out of the 8 lights ordered didn’t work. I got in contact with the company the customer service was excellent they sent out 2 new lights straight away they arrived the next day. I was very impressed with the help and service.”

“Ordered 2 sets of LED copper wire micro fairy lights. One set turned out to be faulty, however on calling Lights4fun to inform them, they rectified this by sending me out another set immediately. Cannot fault the customer service. The new set arrived quickly and I am now very happy with both sets of lights. Look very pretty in their jars! Would definitely use Lights4fun again.”
