“These candles with a timer are perfect for any occasion. The lighting effect starts midway the candle to the top; which is awesome. I could not have made a better selection. I placed my order over the phone with Sam. I have never received such extraordinary customer service. Thank you, Helen”

“Ordered submersible warm white led light. All seem to work (ordered two pack, so far all have worked). Packaging- nice, email notification of order and deliver-good. Did place lights in water for hours-worked. Used again a a quick nightlight for small kid-friendly for hours :-) As of now, will order again.”

“i ordered an item that was backordered but never notified of same. After contacting Lights.com, the customer service department was able to contact tjo contact the manufacturer to give me a shipping date. I needed to contact Lights.com because the product was not received at the time promised. Lights.com was able to rectify the situation and I received the item yesterday.”

“My only complaint was that I placed my order on friday for priorty 2 day mail and did not receive my lights until Thursday the following week. In fact the order was not filled until the following Tuesday after placing the order. I did not order the lights on a holiday weekend so I dont know why the were not filled the day I ordered them or the Monday following the order.”

“The 3 Luminara battery operated candles are everything I expected. The company, Lights.com, was very efficient and the quality is excellent. I have bought these candles from a retail store and these candles are the exact same candle but for much less. I will order from lights.com again!”

“Initially had a defective solar panel for my Christmas light string. Contacted Lights.com asking about returning the solar panel. Their reply was that they sent me a replacement solar panel and that I could discard the bad one. Now thats service. Received replacement panel and everything works as advertised.”

“I love my candles. I did get the Iridescent Guardian Angle Trio set that one of the angles did not work well. They are, however, great. I love having them all around my house and falling to sleep with them on. The timers on them are great and are safer then real candles. I have no fear of kids or pets starting a firer with them around.”
