“I have been making purchases from Nov. of last year. I had no idea what I was doing, and the staff has guided through the leaning and then to improve and try a better product of theirs as I had suffered from a severe wind storm. I now have the most beautiful system of lights, far beyond my dreams. The product is remarkable, as is the staff who helped from not knowing how ta proud and delighted customer of theres!”

“I ordered 288 of the battery powered taper candles. They arrived in two shipments, and although they were timely, in the second (smaller) shipment, the candles were white vs. the off-white (majority) of the candles.”

“The reviews were split between great and not good at all. I took a gamble because the price wasnt too crazy. At first, randomly they worked with the remote. And you had to hold it right by the candle. Two days later, I decided to give it one last try before I threw them in the trash and they all (8 lights) turned on with one remote. From across the room. They have been working ever since. Before this happened, I had immediately complained to the company and was contacted within 24hrs and told they would send me 2 new remotes. Which at this point now I dont need, but very much appreciate the fast response and great customer service. They are beautiful and provide the kind of ambiance I was looking for.”
