“The order process was easy and worked well. I received my order in a timely manner. I did have a problem with one part of my order not working, so I sent a comment to the company via their web site. I did not hear back, so I emailed. I did not hear back, so I called customer service. *** was great! He was very friendly and helpful. He said a replacement order was already in the works and I should get it this week. My suggestion would be to send a short email to the person to just let them know you received the comment and you are sending a replacement. Thanks!”

“Communication has been good. Were still waiting for the solar panel to power Christmas lights. We did have some items damaged during shipment that Lights.com is in the process of replacing... and they went the extra mile to replace an item that could have gone either way. I have faith the solar panel will arrive soon and the replacement items as well. Quality of the items I did get was good for the price. No complaints.”

“Everything was packed great, yet not excessive. Service was quick. So far, I like the products I ordered and, in fact, ordered more when I saw my kids loved them. Reached out to Lights.com about an incorrect product description (bird title) and they had it fixed in hours time after a hectic Black Friday. Hoping for LED flameless and I believe that is on the way. I stumbled on this site after looking for Enjoylighting flameless candles that have a good performance for me. Thank you.”

“Before retiring, I was President of a well known mail order company, and when a customer called with a problem, we did everything needed to make certain the customers problem was fixed. “I am very satisfied with my order. One opportunity for improvement: I ordered a large quantity of these lights and expected a few to be faulty. I was correct: in the first box of 12 that I opened, one of the lights immediately popped away from the plastic holder. However, it was pretty easy to pop back into place. Aside from that, the brightness of the candle was excellent, the color of the light was beautiful, and the flicker was very realistic. I loved these candles and have already put in an order for more. I am interested to see how long the batteries last.”
