“The light is wonderful but we were very nervous when it arrived as the packaging was all torn up and rather mangled. Fortunately, the kind of light that it is--paper--it didnt matter, nothing was damaged. Delivery was very fast. And yes, I would recommend this to others.”

“Your printed instructions need improvement!! No where does it say to line up the arrows of each strand. at the plugs. I spent three days trying to figure our why the lights werent working, including buying a new round of batteries and having a second battery D box sent. It was just by accident that I finally noticed the minute arrows. Printing that in your instructions would have saved me hours of lost time and much frustration! My husband also didnt notice the arrows. Customer service on the phone was excellent.”

“Create a show room in NYC! N*** said you guys are working on that. AWESOME!! Fix the return button online. Maybe add videos of products to get a better idea of what they are like? Otherwise you guys ROCK! wish i had discovered before!”

“I ordered these lights in blue, pink, and green. When they came, instead of blue, there were white. The customer service I received was excellent. The correct lights were there a couple of days later. I used these lights to make posters for a Taylor Swift concert for my daughter and niece. I wish I could include a picture of how incredible the posters looked. They were the brightest, most noticeable posters at the concert. I have no doubt that they could be read from anywhere in the stadium. In fact, they were so noticeable, that they were among about 20 out of 55,000 asked to stay after the concert to meet Taylor Swift!”

“I am thrilled with my purchase. I received my candles and they were even better than the description. The price was better at your website than any others including ebay. The only thing that I would say could improve your service is going full fedex or ups. I was told by these carriers that I had packages delivered to my address on a Fri and because the post office delivered them to the wrong address, after a lot of trouble we tracked down my packages and I finally got them 5 days later. That was disappointing, but it was worth it by the time I finally got them. I love my moving wick candles. Thank you”
