I ordered a top without reading any reviews. The price was so cheap so I guess I shouldn't be so shocked at how cheap the top looked and felt. It was really, really bad. I thought about returning it, but it was so expensive and such a hassle, I decided to donate it. Please, do yourself a favor and DON'T order from here.

TOTALLY UNETHICAL, GARBAGE PRODUCTS, WONT REFUND, LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS, READ THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL BAD!

Clothing arrived timely but was poor quality. I paid $11.92 to return it, 1/3rd the amount of the cost of the dress! I was disturbed to learn Liligal reduced the refund. Though it wasn't by much ($2.39), there was no clear reason for the reduction. Bottom line, I have no merchandise to show for $14.31 invested to try their product. This is NOT good customer service. There is no person to talk with about this, so I'm left to write a poor review. I will unsubscribe and tell all my friends and associate to avoid this company at all costs! -- Unhappy EX-customer

On other reviews I read where customers believe they are out their money. Contact PayPal or your credit card dispute teams to at least get a partial refund of your hard-earned money. I totally agree this company sucks but try to get some of your money back. And friends won’t let friends buy from this crappy company.

Product is junk & only a partial payment received back since their policy is you’ve tried it on then it’s ‘used’. Nice loophole. Do not buy from this company & put them out of business. Lots of wonderful companies to do your shopping with. Don’t shop here. Don’t!!

First, I ordered bathing suits. Nothing is finished -- the material is cut and that's it. Poorly made. No wonder they price like they do. I have returned the 2 suits -- it's a very tedious process.

Ordered 3 bathing suits, paid extra to receive items before a certain date. Came day after scheduled. Then had to return one bathing suit. Was charged $11 to mail back. Never received a refund, been waiting since 9/12/19. On 10/9 tried to sign into website to see why I hadn't received a refund and the site will not allow me to sign in!

I have asked about sizing when I ordered - I told them my UK sizes and asked what size I should order. I listened , ordered and when I got the item I could fit in there twice . I want to return but you have to pay the shipping back to America !!!! That is £10 at least if you track it ! It’s really bad , I am so used to be able to return items for free that I didn’t think any company these days would charge for it . Would never order again there . Bad advise and expensive return.

I returned an item in perfect condition after trying it on, and because it was too tight in the chest area I returned it. Never wore it since it was a Christmas blouse (and I live in Florida and it's September), they said it was damaged. This is ridiculous!!!

COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY ARE OUT OF CHINA. I ORDERED 3 TOPS AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THEM. I CAN'T CALL THEM AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR EMAILS WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU DID NOT GET THE ITEMS. THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent my items back because I didn’t like the build in bra in the swimming suit. Followed the directions they game me to return the items. Still waiting for my refund it’s been 4 weeks now since I’ve UPS them back the items. WTF

They do not honor what they say about returns. I have proof and it is all in the email conversation thread. They sent me the wrong sizes and when I mentioned it, they kept negotiating with me saying they will give me 30% back if I keep the products and when I said no, they offer me 50%. I said that they are useless to me since they did not fit me. I asked for return shipping label so I do not have to pay for shipping since it was their mistakes. Secondly, they did not inform me that they would split my order into two shipments and the second one is subject to duty charge. They said it does not usually happen but they should know this. The first shipment came through Canada Post and the second shipment came through DHL which is the company that is charging me for duty. I do not recommend Liligal company. I gave Liigal a try but not anymore. I will return to Amazon - hassle-free return, great customer service and they honor their word.

They lie so much! I emailed them asking if I can see the bathing suits (I chose 2 I would have wanted) without the model just the actual suits. They kept telling me they sent me the pics . Never got any. They told me to check my email which was what I was reading at the time. They kept telling me they tried. They def did not. They cannot send a pic of something legitimate if they dont actually have it. Big time scammers!

This is the second time I rodered. The first order was all given away as none of it fit me. I re-ordered two sizes up and it took FOREVER to get to me and was ALL really cheap material and poor construction. All THREE of these companies belong to the same group. IT is a TOTAL SCAM...they make you jump thru hoops to return things and then no refund! All new still in packaging. BUY AMERICAN! SAVE OUR COUNTRY...Posted on 9-11 the day the World changed our country...

WOW DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, very cheap material, shirt does not look anything like it does on the web site. Dress shirt arrived, looking like a cheap T shirt. STAY AWAY from this company!!!

Don’t get scammed! Do your due diligence before you buy anything on line. I want to thank all the people who take the time to write reviews it really helped me out. May I now return the favor. I admit I ordered from Liligal without researching reviews on line first. I also believed it was an American company until I completed the transaction where I realized this company was in China. I then went on line to check the reviews.( big mistake not doing that first). The red flags were more than obvious that this was not a good choice. After reading multiple negative reviews about the poor customer service and blatant ignorance on returned items I knew I had to get my money back. Here’s what worked for me - I went straight to PayPal first. I submitted a grievance to PayPal expressing my suspicions about the legitimacy of this company and contested the charges to Liligal. (While citing the many customers who were clearly scammed.) Then I followed the ridiculous prompts from Liligal and submitted my demand to cancel the order immediately and return the funds. I suggest you try my method it worked immediately. I had an immediate response from Liligal requesting I remove my grievance from PayPal and they will refund me fully. I removed it and they refunded me! Hope this helps someone else who is dealing with this company.

They are listed in America, but my swimsuit was shipped from China. It took over three weeks to get it. It did not fit, the material was very low quality. The bottom was not even hemmed. I contacted them to get a refund. They replied to return it. There was no return slip, so it cost me over $11 to return it. After that they sent me another message, it informed me to keep the item and they would give me a 60% refund. I received $13, subtracting my post cost my total refund was only $2.

Terrible! Do not fall for their website! Clothes are not the same color as featured on their website. I got a bathing suit and the color was not the blue/green bright color as pictured, it was muted and dull. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wanted to return something and you can not. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY OR FALL FOR THEIR WEBSITE TRICKS! Terrible clothing, Terrible customer service. Just Terrible!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They take your money and then say it's out of stock. When you try to get your money back they say you get a store credit! PayPal will not help with getting your money back. Screwed up mess!

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! sizes are not even close to right. I ordered a dress, got a size big as I do with inline items. Funny the “Chiffon Cardigan” and it’s really not but anyway it’s about a 3x. The under dress is maybe a large. The outfit says 2x. You can’t get anyone buy phone, no one is available anywhere to discuss it except this who agree it stinks. Then you return the item if your lucky enough to figure out how, and you will never get a refund. They had a number but now say don’t call it. So now I have spent 40 bucks and I need a dress!!!
