“The size was a terrible fit and the quality was extremely poor - picture online was beautiful but when received not even close. Colors were washed out. After reading reviews, not even going to bother returning. I am selling at my garage sale - maybe I can get at least $2.”
“I got burned too. Ordered 3 tops in April 2019, received 2 and expected the 3rd to be coming since their website states you could receive split shipments. It never came. Looked at my credit card statement and saw the charge for all three. Tried contacting them via their website and it didn't work - kept returning me to the beginning. Contacted my credit card company, opened a dispute, they tried contacting liligal and received no reply. Credit card company refunding all my money. I didn't realize I was ordering directly from China and WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM A US-BASED COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. I thin liligal is a fraud. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.”
“I need to exchange a medium for a large but can only do so, according to their website, on their website. Their website just keeps you running around circles. First, you need to vote the order number but the website doesn't recognize the order number (I double checked it twice). I finally found a address for service, service@lilligal.com, but so far, nonresponse. Save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid this seller.”
“Takes several weeks to receive an order (they do tell you this upfront). The clothing I received was terrible quality - the fabrics aren't something I'd wear and clothes that looked cute on the model in the product shot look like my grandma's housecoat in person. Returned most of the items I purchased - still wrestling with them for a refund. They make you WORK for it!”
“Stay away from this scammers. They will make you use PayPal so it is harder to get a refund. They pretend not to start shipping so it looks like the delivery itself is fast. They are based in Hong Kong. That's why their website does not mention the location.
I canceled my order before they shipped and they are pretending they don't remember how you paid, so they issued a store credit, hoping that you don't notice, so you are forced to spend your money at their store even if you don't want to. So, I am still fighting for money for teh service I didn't receive. They should be banned form selling in the USA.”
“I would not like to give this company any star ratings at all. I just wish I had read the reviews first, before spending $200 on clothes, which are dreadful. The system for returning is designed so that it makes it very expensive and complicated to return items, if you get passed all the document completion for Customs and can also afford the return costs (in my case £58) great, except that the Liligal will not sign for return goods, so you have no proof of them actually receiving the goods, when you know they have, because of the tracking system. Don't expect a refund.... I would avoid this company it is not what it appears to be. I just wish I had read these reviews first.”

“I ordered merchandise from Liligal on 2/21/2019 I received it on 3/9/2019. The clothes and bathing suits did not look right on me and poor quality. I complied with their return policy and returned the items 3/15/2019. According to my tracking numbers they received my return on 3/16/2019. This was within their 30 day return policy, but they are refusing to give my money back and saying I am over the 30 day period. So now I am out $129.27 and the money I used to ship my items and no clothes so basically they stole my money. Terrible company. Their ticketing system to communicate with them is very confusing. Stay Far Away from this company they are a scam who takes your money. Hoping Paypal will help me get my money back.”
