“Great experience in store last week, Jane and Vicky were a great help. They allowed us to walk round at our own pace, wasnt pushy or in your face but were on hand and really helpful when we had questions. Would definitely recommend little angels”

“Overall a disappointing experience, Balance Bike was faulty on delivery. I emailed you straight away as the bike was a birthday gift and needed a quick resolution. I didn't hear back for over 2 days, you offered to collect the bike and redeliver by which time it was too late. We had to take the bike to halfords for a paid repair!”

“This company are appalling. I brought a double pushchair for my newborn and 14 month old, used maximum 8 times and the shoulder straps have broken so it is completely unsafe to use. Been fighting for a refund for 3 weeks with no pushchair or means of transporting my babies and as a new mum there's so many appointments to get to and the importance of getting out the house to save my mental health!! Id order a new one whilst I fight for my refund but cannot due to cost of living crisis so I am just stuck house bound and having to carry my newborn which is really tough. They take days to reply and have been fobbing me off saying they will get it fixed via manufacturers guarantee to no avail....I just want my money back and to move on with my life!!!”

“Balance bike arrived faulty, emailed straightaway as they don't speak to their customers directly on the phone to resolve, took them over 48 hours to respond. They pride themselves on being a small independent which I prefer as generally you get a better more personal customer service usually. I also like to support independents, Sadly not on this occasion! We took the bike to be repaired at an extra expense to us so we could give it to our granddaughter in time for her birthday (as explained in my email to them?!)”

“Bought a travel push chair for our grandchild for an upcoming trip after seeing the push chair demonstrated on the website. Price was very competitive and delivery available to Northern Ireland (some places didn't) Delivery only took about 4 days. Many thanks.”
