“Best price I found and with two of the accessories we wanted for our granddaughters new pram. Received in perfect condition on Tuesday after a Saturday online purchase. Staff member very friendly as well.”

“Takes to long to ship out. And I feel like there is comunication issue I cancelled a shipment and they still tried to ship it to me and the return prosses takes to long for refunds”

“The stroller it’s self is great. Has some great features. I would defo recommend it. Easy to put together, easy to fold away. The customer service requires improvement. 10 days for delivery, I had to chase my order after it wasn’t delivered in the time frame I was told. When I didn’t receive the stroller I asked twice to cancel the order but they sent me it anyway. I appreciate they may have been busy with the new store opening, however you should not neglect your existing customers. It’s a shame really, being a local business who I would usually love to support. This experience has unfortunately put me off from ordering again.”

“Found this company to be fantastic customer service i ordered a pram online they gave a date for delivery which the main bulk arrived only 2 pieces were delayed a couple of days but they kept me Informed all the way. Would highly recommend little angels prams”

“Thank you very much. The pram arrived promptly And looks to be in great condition. Baby not due for a couple more months so not had an opportunity to use it yet but all looks as though it will be in good working order from what we have opened.”

“Ordered an iCandy foot muff and cup holder on 7th November. Said they would be delivered on 15th. I heard nothing at all so started chasing. I left voicemails with a man called Shane who never called me back. I also sent an email enquiry but got nothing. Eventually I got through to someone who said my order had been refunded and that the products weren’t available. I wouldn’t have been told this though unless I contacted them. Really disappointed with the service. Wouldn’t use again which is a shame.”

“Quick delivery but have been trying for a week now to speak to someone about sending my Pram back and you can’t get through to anyone! they say their going to call you back and don’t, they also make continuous excuses as to why you can’t get hold of someone so I’ll never be using them again!!”
