Signed up to receive supplies from Lincare. Before getting my supplies, the lady at the Belmont NH office said I need to drive 45 minutes to sign papers before receiving my first order of supplies. I asked if they got send them for me to sign and she said no. I need no appointment just stop and sing a few papers. So the day I was suppose to drive 45 minutes one way, I called to see if they do the electronic signature? I was put on hold and the lady from the previous conversation setting up my account got on the phone and with attitude, she said no! I had to drive there and sign the papers in person. I told her ok I was on my way. Getting to the office, I notice a sign on the door close from 12 to 12:30 for lunch. It was 12:26 and checked the door and it was open so o walked in. A lady from in an office yelled out if I need help and I said yes, I'm here to sign some papers for my supplies. Her tone immediately changed to, do you have an appointment? No, I was told I didn't need one to sign a few papers. Well I'm on lunch but I'll help you. If you want me to wait 3 minutes I can? She never said another word to me other than sign here, here, here and here. What a serious you know what! If I didn't need my supplies, I would have told her where she could go. On the way home I called my doctors office and told them what I just went through and asked to send a prescription to Reliable Respiratory in MA. I set up with them and guess what? I don't need to drive to MA to get my first order of supplies. I would never refer Lincare even to my enemies. The lady in Belmont was sooo unprofessional. It would be nice to know they care and contact her but I seriously doubt they will.

Dan Craig from Lincare came to my apartment today to get me started on oxygen. He explained everything in detail about the machine and how to use it all about the hoses. Very informative and knowledgeable. You could tell he likes to help people. A very nice man Thanks Dan .

This review is awesome NOT for the office except Jane is nice and gets the job done.I can't calling there & dealing with Amanda and Cathy smh , they think who they are.Delivery came today and it was Andy! Yah I was so happy to see him.He is awesome at his job answers any questions you have.He is the only reason I am still with lincare.If he leaves I will leave. Thanks again Andy

Very poorly run company. I can go on and on about the mistakes this company makes but I don't want to spend my time complaining about a business that hasn't fixed their problems over the 5 years I have used them. One saving grace is the drivers who do a fine job if they show up.

the worst out of stock on items, went back and received the wrong cpap items. called 24 reorder line to see if I could reorder in the future and told we have to speak on the phone every time (not required with my previous company) and then disconnected in the middle of the conversation!! This company is supposed to help you sleep but be prepared yo lose sleep dealing with them. choose any other company if you can!!

They sent my supplies to my old address and I had to pay over $40 to get them rerouted by UPS to my correct address. I've spoken with company and I've written to them and they dont even bother replying. I'm done with Lincare.

Lincare has been harassing me daily to renew my medical supplies. I get unsolicited lengthy voicemails everyday. I am not a patient of Lincare and have never been a patient. I am on the Do-Not-Call Registry as well - that doesn't stop them either. I have called and called them to stop harassing me...to no avail. I would never use a company that can't respect common courtesy or respect the law.

Worst company ever..... They are completely unorganized, their website is always down, you can't call because you wait over an hour to get someone. Its the only company in my area that I can use, but they SUCK... If you can go with a different provider do it.... RUN from Lincare.

We went into our local Lincare office to request that supplies be stopped and to remove the machine off auto pay. We were so frustrated with the company we chose to not use them (this was in March or April). We never received any more supplies, yet received a bill for $142.24 in November saying they were submitting to collection. The bill is supposedly for supplies shipped in April and May. I have spoken with Lincare customer service, CPAP dept and finally We Care where I opened a complaint. I have spent literally hours on hold only to be “disconnected”. I have sent email complaints / chat complaints- and not yet received a call back or response. I truly believe they’re robbing people. What a disgusting scam.

Lincare purchased Perferred Home, after holding 35 minutes only to be hung up on and getting wrong information the day before , holding 20 minutes , ask for supervisor, was told one didn’t exist. I would recommend you slow down on acquisitions of new business until policies are in compliance,

Wish they had a no star. Anniston office is horrible my sister had a doctor appointment today she has stage 4 pancreatic cancer which has spread to her liver. We gat a hospital bed 2 weeks ago and when I tried to put her back to bed the rails came off the headboard I called the Anniston location and was told to put her in a chair or on the couch because they did not think anyone would come out today. They only service my area on Monday.

Lincare is one of the worst companies to deal with. Been trying to get ahold of someone about billing unable to get a live person. Number on statement rings at another office and they can't help, " say my acct. belongs to another region" very frustrating. Been trying for a month to get a screw for the controller for a month, no results. I'm at point where they can just come and pickup the wheelchair. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Lincare uses computers to call you that prompts a recorded message for you to call them. It constantly rings your phone every other day to harass you about medication orders. Customer no service when you do speak to a human. Caregivers are not kept on file. They constantly claim HIPPA and want to speak to the patient with the patient is incapacitated..

Trever P in Spokane WA, is an amazing employee for Lincare. He has always shown up and gone over and above to care for my mom and her oxygen needs. Lincare's communication as a company is however not as good. If it weren't for Trever P. we would be searching for a new Oxygen company. Thank you for your care Trever!

I have used Lincare for about 7 years or so. Recently when trying to contact them (locally) to schedule an appointment to get fitted for new supplies, I have received no answer, constant ringing and no call backs. Therefore I went elsewhere locally. To which right after moving companies for supplies, I get a statement saying I owe Lincare $130.80. I haven’t received a bill from Lincare in over a year (none for 2024). All I received was an apology that I should have been receiving a statement in the mail, but now they will send me all the statements at once, but if I could pay my balance, that would settle my letter that I currently received. As a national business, this is unacceptable and I would NEVER recommend anyone dealing with a place like Lincare.

The person that helps me name is Sam from Kansas City is very personable, she is great.. even when I can’t think of the names of the things I need she helps me out she kinda finishes my sentences.. she is a very very caring person.. I really consider her to be a friend and I’ve never met her in person.. I suffer from memory loss and she will take the time to call and remind me that it’s time to order because I forget and I look up and I am real low on something in the past and I shared that with her and she’ll call and remind me.. I have a trachea and suffered three heart attacks.. she’s awesome.

After numerous phones calls to the fulfillment center Lincare continues to send out wrong products for my CPAP supplies. My last shipment still contained the wrong CPAP supplies. The shipment was received in a box cut up from what appears to be a box they received supplies in. I guess Lincare cannot afford patient type shipping boxes. It’s really reassuring knowing my respiratory supplies were shipped in a used cut up box. I give Lincare zero stars for customer care and product safety

Horrendous company! I started using a CPAP machine in July. They have never registered my CPAP machine with my insurance. I’m trying to use their Online portal to reorder My CPAP device ..I’ve reached out so many times online to chat or called people in person …I work full-time I’m busy too! and reaching out to these people is like pulling teeth. If I could afford to purchase a CPAP machine and buy my products without having any use with this Company due to my insurance I would!
