If I could give 0 I would. This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. As someone with severe apnea it's been over 3 weeks of me going back and forth leaving countless messages and these people don't even have enough respect for their customers to call them back. I have tried daily calling doctors office, insurance companies only to find out lincare failed. Breathing machines I can't even go into detail about not having any properly working supplies. It's exhausting. I wasn't giving a call back until Lee decides to call me back. He simply lied about even doing any paperwork. He still to this day hasn't sent any supplies. The company called me back tonight after 6pm. Get this the lady says she doesn't know why she even called me. I'm so freaking passed off it's Friday now what do I do?

Do not deal with Lincare. They are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Their billing is fraudulent at best. Their customer service is horrible. They cannot answer any question, other than you own them money. But can’t tell you why. We are dealing with charges from 2years ago. No invoices ever sent. Can’t even find EOB’s for insurance purposes. It is evident that they created bills out of the blue. Stay away from them at all costs!!!

DO NOT deal with this company. Mid-October I made 8 calls trying to pay my rental fee. Their phone system is horrible. Hangs up or never answers. Then when I finally got someone to take my payment, they say that they cannot find my customer number. Tried calling AGAIN today. This time, 6 times trying to find someone to take my payment. Even called WeCare. what a joke. Transferred my to Billing Dept. No one ever answered. I'M DONE. Use this company at your own risk.

When Lincare calls for ordering new supplies they start with your identity questions dob, home address, etc. anyone can call and steal your identity!! This is absurd no company should do this don't give them any info tell them you will call them for supplies. I've asked numerous times to report this to resolution or upper management however nothing is done. Don't give them info! That's your privacy..

This company is absolutely horrible, the little lady that I take care of calls them for them to bring her oxygen tanks out. They tell her they are bringing it on Monday. Here it is Tuesday and they still have not brought them. She is supposed to go with a friend out tonight and she is having to cancel due to this companies horrible service. They do not service their equipment properly and when something breaks they do not want to fix or replace it. All they tell her is they are short handed. Well people that sounds like a you problem not a her problem. I would suggest hiring more people. If you can go through another company I would strongly suggest you do because these people will let you run out of oxygen and not even care!

Lincare should rebrand as Lincash. They care much more about money than care. They bring a despicable combination of telemarketing with a collections agency mindset to the world of healthcare.

Simply the worst customer service experienced! Cannot get worse. If you can find another company, try them. I will do the same. However, all these companies have very immature processes except for the capability to push their products using automatic orders. Their products are sent to you whether you need them or not. You then get billed! That is their business model.

Lincare is awful! When my husband initially set up his account they insisted on a credit card. They also told us that they accepted our insurance…3 times my husband has called to make sure they had ins info correct and 3 times he was told yes! Then the credit card bill came and they charged us $444.99 for a hose, mask and water tank! Been fighting with them for months about this issue. We were recently informed that they DO NOT accept our insurance! They should be charged with fraud. They are liars!!! Stay away from this company, they are BAD news!

II called Lincare several times to schedule delivery for a CPAP. It took me getting upset then they scheduled me 3 weeks out. I called Lincare back and cancelled my order and went with another DME supplier that got me scheduled in 3 days. I am now getting called from the compliance team saying I am out of compliance. I have told the representative that I received no machine or supplies from Lincare . They have called me 3 times . I have asked them to put me on their do not call list. Now I need to check that they are not billing my Medicare insurance. I would not recommend Lincare. If I could I would give them negative stars.

Worst customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with in my 70 years. Ridiculous amount of time on hold, billing department is a joke. Monthly recurring payments were taken and then I would receive a unpaid statement. Some months no payment would be taken,I couldn't get an answer why, and they over charged my credit card on more than one occasion. I asked for a complete statement to be mailed to me and never received it. Finally stopped my card and asked for the $ 94.00 credit to be refunded. So far I got $ 54.00 returned to my card. Find a different supplier.

There is no customer service. They kept me on hold for 33 mins. When someone finally picked up the call, she disconnected the call immediately before I could utter a word. So, great customer service! Do not recommend.

Very unorganized and the representatives will push you from one person to another without regard to your situation. Long wait times, useless online chats. Poor customer service.

What a company, first you don't give out a raise to your employees until July, using Medicare changes as an excuse. Then you only offer 3 percent. Cost of living went up more then that. Then you ask the employees to send money for disaster relief. I mean what the hell, you pay your employees less now then before and then ask them for more money to help out other employees. Why not step up linde and help those workers out. I mean you do report profits each year, maybe invest in the people that get you those profits. I know it's a radical idea, invest in the people that you say you care about. I guess an employee is just a number in a file, go figure.

I was told they were too busy to help within a timely manner. I am a current customer. My equipment isn’t working properly for me. I have reached out before my 30 day trial period. Now I have to pay for the proper mask! Not happy at all! I totally understand why they have a low rating! Hire help if you are soooo busy

Un professional company,doesn't go out there way to help people on oxygen,the older people suffer because of them,If u run out Oxygen,they don't care,wish some other compa y would move in,run them out of business

I have a doctors order for full nebulizer kit every six months because I have pseudomonas! First they called and told me they're not going to give me a nebulizer Secondly they sent a mask and the receipt said Lincare $item 1959 kit nondisposable nebulizer 82.53 second Medline model HC 4630BH mask aerosol adult 5.91 received September 27 with only the mask enclosed! I called and said I was told that I'm only going to get a mask however I have pseudomonas and doctors orders are the whole thing replaced every six months so I don't reinfect myself so I got hung up on twice I called back to third time after I talked to Ahcccs And told jazzy I believe that I submitted a grievance with access and she looked up my order and said I never ordered a nebulizer but she would send one out so I received it yesterday I feel like I went through a lot of high blood pressure moments trying to deal with this and the fact that I'm going to have to do it every six months while I'm alive is scary and that I have the statement that said they delivered a nebulizer but stated to me they weren't going to deliver a nebulizer think fraud is involved maybe you should check on that

They are absolute pests and can't get anything right which leads them to become even bigger pests. They can't accurately explain why you're being charged, they send the wrong equipment, they give you the run around, they can't keep the most basic info on file, and just are a terrible supply company.

This company has been a headache for seven months, claiming I have been noncompliant with my equipment, therefore owing them money. My doctor has sent proof stating otherwise twice, and it continues. Now my bill is being turned over to collections.

Leaves you on hold for over an hour while you’re on your death bead just to ask a question. Absolutely terrible customer service, but they only care. It’s only about the money for these companies, we are numbers.. not people to them.

My supplies arrived 9/12/24 unfortunately the climate hose was for a ResMed 11. I use a ResMed 10. The filters were wrong also. The representative said i should have told them I changes machines I have NEVER had an 11 onky a 10!!! VERY RUDE!! This person put me on hold for 10 minutes when all i needed was a return label sent to me. She then says it will be a week before they can email me the label!! I kept checking ALL my mail but email never came. Today a package came from them with the correct hose but NO filters and the added a water chamber that I didnt ask for. No return label in box either so I called today 9/24 and it was a "service" again not the office. They disconnected my call 4 times prior to a representative actually answering!! She couldn't see where any label was sent so she said it would be 7-10 more days before I would receive it. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and very worrisome because it's a medical supply business. Don't understand how they stay in business. I switched from Alpine bc their bookkeeping is horrible and fraudulent but I don't know of any other supplier. I may just buy my own supplies on Amazon bc I waste so much time just trying to get them from Lincare.
