I want to thank the people in the office as well as my regular delivery driver for supplies in the Newburgh, New York office. They have always been helpful for me and very courteous. My Dr sent a request for an ox2 concentrator and within a few days it was delivered. My driver is a great person always friendly and so helpful. The office staff has through the years have always responded well to my requests. Once again, I would like to thank them all for the service level they have provided me with. :)

My service was great and the delivery was fantastic. Alberto was fantastic and super helpful. Megan was great on getting the order completed quickly and it was delivered so quickly. Thank you guys so much for getting this set up!

Last week I had a delivery of E tanks, delivered to my house. The techician called me in the am and gave a eta of when he would at my house. About 10 minutes before in reached my home , he called again, I thought to my self, thats good communication, he arrived and exchanged tanks, right away I saw that he was well groomed and very polite, asked me how my equipment was working, wow , this is great service.

I talked to Martina today about my prescription. She was very helpful and very nice. I finally understood why I wasn't getting the individual medication ( 1 vial at a time). She went out of her way to explain it to me. Apparently it was a temporary thing. I wanted to thank her alot. She is an asset to your company. Thank you very much. Diane Naus

Sandy from the Orchard Park office was very polite, professional, informative and personable. I greatly appreciate all her help. It is great knowing I have someone to call who looks out for the best interests of the Lincare patients.

I had Matt Sieber’s come out to my mother’s house today because we were having problems with her oxygen machine and her oxygen tanks. He was so helpful and so informative he taught me many things . He replaced all the parts needed. Had a great attitude and was very friendly. I can’t say enough about Matt. He’s a real keeper. Thank you very much, Matt.

Approximately 2 weeks ago, my oxygen concentrator stopped working. It was around 11:30 at night. I called and was transferred to a Ryan in Salem. He was the kindest most helpful that I’ve ever experienced with Lincare. He came out in the middle of the night, freezing cold to replace the concentrator. I realize that’s part of his job and he couldn’t leave me without oxygen, but the fact he was so kind and helpful bringing it out right away and helping to set it up is something I’ll always be grateful for. It very much helped decrease my anxiety and in this day and age, it’s one of the most important and gracious things you can do for another. Thank you Ryan. You should be teaching their customer service classes!!

Had a sleep study 6 weeks ago. My doctor wrote my prescription for CPAP machine and supply’s to lincare. Waited over 5 weeks and have heard nothing from them. Alex finally called and assured me I would have my equipment soon. Nobody ever called or issued my equipment. I called and fired them from my case. I can’t tell you enough how rotten and incompetent this company is. They are definitely going under. LOSERS!!
