“I would give ZERO stars if I could! When I made my first payment (I was paying 1,000 for my package) I paid my 500 deposit. My bank flagged it because it came up said digital services but the bank was like it is under health and wellness category and that’s wrong.
They said I have 3 months to pay the last 500 dollars. I paid it aug 11, and posted aug 14. Then it took them two weeks into sept to finally get me a social media calendar and create my social media accounts because I refused to give them any information reguarding my facebook and passwords.
They didn’t start working on anything until sept after sept 8 and was calling me up sept 15 for the rest of the money. I have until Nov 15 to pay the rest of the 500 dollars and I was told I’d see results right away and I got nothing.
Today I am being harassed by them demanding payment when they aren’t doing any services for me, and I want my money back. They tried to tell me I have a 150 dollar fee for a late fee yet I’m not late when my contract states I have 3 months to pay it off.
I am also dealing with harassment from them too because they keep calling me at all hours. I spoke to someone else in the company and they yelled at me for speaking to someone other then zeina my project manager. They refused to give me the address of where they’re located. Zeina has called me discussing her personal matters with me and calling me hers. It’s weird and sickening.
They keep trying to upsell my stuff and I refuse to add anything to my package when they won’t do what they said they would. Also I wanted my original book cover and they rejected it and used theirs. They are making posts that aren’t even about the book. It shows that they don’t really read the work of the people that pay them.”
