“It was a breeze organising our Japan trip with Liquid Snow Tours. Justinne was super helpful and attentive and provided us with multiple accommodation options for our budgets and helped us out with all the info and transport options needed to make it there! All of our passes and accommodation were already set up and ready to go once we arrived which made settling in there super easy. We had an amazing time and would book through Liquid again! Thanks guys!”

“When travelling I'm always sceptical about booking specialized packages as I've found there generally alot more expensive. When I got the Quote for our travel I was very surprised at the price expecting something much more expensive. Silvi was excellent and organised everything down to a tee to make the holiday as smooth as possible. Very reasonably priced aswell. Will definitely booked through liquid again.”

“Thank you to Noelene for an amazing Hakuba experience. The planning and preparation she did beforehand to talour the experience to our needs was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept trying to find a package that suited even after we changed the booking several times on her. A true asset to the company! Thanks Noelzy!! However the ground team there let us down on a couple of occasions. 1. Not having our lift passes organised and ready for us for upon arrival was a disappointment. We had to contact the office and have them brought up to the apartment on the first day, eating into precious powder shredding time on the slopes. 2. We arranged the Cortina shuttle to collect us on the last morning at the hotel specified but we unfortunately made the mistake of waiting on the hotel steps instead of the adjacent carpark so the shuttle left without us. We understand that we didn't follow the pickup instructions properly but thought the the driver would've contacted us on the mobile no. I provided to see if we were far away before it left. We had to wait another 1.45mims to catch the bus instead and had it been a powder day we would've been very upset. Our recommendation would be to have the driver check the hotel steps/foyer for people who have booked the shuttle so this doesn't happen again. It would only take a minute to walk over and check to see if people are waiting there to avoid disappointment on both ends. Apart from those two things we were very happy with the service and would book again through Noelene and LST. Regards, Grant, Tracey and Nick.”

“Have used Liquid Snow Tours twice now for ski trips to Japan. Talk about an easy holiday! Noelzy and Justine were ever so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, I had many emails back and forth, Noelzy was a great sport and very patient! The entire trip was put together by Noelzy, had no hassles at all. I will continue to use Liquid Snow Tours for my Japan ski trips and do recommend LST to friends. I look forward to getting back there in 2020. Thanks for a great holiday, was so easy and hassle free. Cheers, Kaz”

“This was our second trip to Japan with Liquid snow and again, everything was fantastic. Transfers to the snow, accommodation (which was amazing), ski equipment, lift passes etc. - Justine organised everything for us. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you”

“Naomi and the team organised a terrific snow adventure with everything lined up ensuring little effort at all which included flights, accommodation, transfers and snow gear. The hotel was the best in a terrific location with extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended.”

“Unfortunately a late injury meant I didn't travel with my group but their feedback was positive about the location and liquid snow in general. I was impressed in the way Rob Bound helped me with refunds and my insurance e laim”

“Fantastic service! Silvi Calisto looked after us and she didn't miss a beat. We had a few problems with changes needing to be made to the trip and Silvi was very accommodating to our needs. All our documents and passes ect were readily available and the trip ran like clockwork. Thanks again to Silvi and the Liquid Snow Tour Team, the free drinks at Jacks bar topped everything off. 10/10 would choose them again”

On both occasions they were able to tailor a complete package for us, including travel coordinated with comfortable times between transport.
