“I have yet to receive my order and money was taken out of my account. I had a yodel message to say the product was delivered on the 23rd December. It hasn’t been and I’ve been charged”

“I haven't actually received my items. I had an email from Yodel to say they had left a calling card - but no card was left at my address. I then rang and left a voicemail message on the delivery person's mobile number on the email - but never heard anything. I then clicked on the tracking section of the Yodel website and provided an alternative delivery address. I've logged on today to be told the items have been returned to sender. Please can you resend my items or provide a full refund?”

“The product, price and delivery time were all good and as expected! The courier/delivery however let you down massively. The product was loose in a bigger box, the bigger box was battered and misshaped by the time i received it, the box for the product had damaged corners and the lid no longer closed on the product. Had it not of been a present it wouldn't of been a big deal but as it was a Christmas present was disappointing!”
