disgraceful customer service requested twice for paper bills to be sent received nothing finally got a phone call this week had to pay double didn't mind but wasn't refusing to pay it your customer service is disgusting

worst customer service ever I have been hung up on 5 times when trying to call up about an order then they transfer me through to someone and I'm on hold for 15 minutes Then I get cut off. terrible company

What is going on with Littlewoods - customer services is total crap. trying to communicate with someone who you cannot understand and trying to get them to understand you. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

wow littlewoods owed me money I rang up to send me the cheque out...2 week later no cheque rang them up and they hadn't sent it out so they sent it out again 2 weeks later no cheque let's just see if they send it out this time. It's different when they want money off you tho. fucking joke!

Voucher code CON My 91 year old mother was offered a £30 Littlewoods shopping voucher code if she stayed with Littlewoods Home Insurance rather than using another cheaper company. Had to wait 40 or so days before the code was issued (Yes your cooling off period is over then) You have to enrol with Littlewoods on line which we did but when the code arrived she tried to spend it and they wouldn't accept several phone calls later were told you have to spend £50 or more to use it. Then an email came through saying the wrong code had been issued so tied again with no luck so spent more hours talking to various people being told that as she was only spending £29.99 (On an item she could buy on the high street for £15) when she had to spend over £30. Several phone calls later and abuse from a woman who when asked for her name so that we could report her gave it and said (If you can spell a four letter word) and put the phone down on me. Having opened an account in my mothers name she then got an email some days later stating that her account had been closed. So seems it's a total con!

I have never had to deal with such an awful company. An order of bedroom furniture was made in Nov 2016 and I'm still waiting for a chest of drawers that i was told was despatched in February. I've had furniture that I've apparently returned (never got to me in the first place!), but according to Littlewood's, it was damaged and so they returned it without me seeing it, or letting me know. I was then expected to re-order said returned furniture (that I didn't know about), causing more delay. When my wardrobes arrived 2 weeks ago, they were damaged quite badly, but as I can't be bothered with the hassle, and I had organised a (paid) handyman to put them together, I made do. Customer service is awful. Wrong information has been given over the phone. Calls have been cut off suddenly when the customer service rep has had enough or doesn't know how to handle the call (especially annoying when it's taken some time to get through to the right department. Requested many call backs from managers to no avail. £10 compensation received on an order of around £1000. Have just heard that my drawers were also returned as an incomplete package - nobody notified me! Have had to reorder for delivery supposedly in 10 days time (not holding my breath!). Please avoid this company - I can't believe that they are still in business. Doubt it will be for long! I've never written a bad review for anyone, but then I've never had such awful service, topped off by the fact that the product is of low quality. Needless to say I will not be using them again!

My courier who hasn't been delivering to me for very long is excellent, has even worked out the best time to catch me in and calls then, sadly I don't know his name but I can't fault him

Damaged goods delivered, 8 weeks and counting to resolve it. Very rude staff who lie to you and speak to you like dirt. Avoid this company!!

Awful customer service, delivered wrong item, dealt with rude and inept call staff and issue not resolved to the point that I just gave up. being out of pocket was worth more to me than the potential hours of my life within a delay trying to deal with this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

Littlewoods is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took them 4 months to resolve an issue that was their fault and that was impacting on my credit rating. It caused me a lot of stress to say the least, and they couldn't have cared less! Their customer service is appalling, as is how they treat their customers in general. I seriously urge you to keep away from them.

Never had such bad customer service. Don't try and return anything through littlewoods. All there staff are incapable of processing this request. On multiple occasions was told different advice and actions. After about half a dozen phone calls have decided to just close the account down. Have rated 1 star would rate less if the option was there.

It took me three goes to get through to an advisor. The first man was so rude and incompetent. He couldn't do this and he couldn't do that and managed to be very offensive as well and he was supposed to be customer care! I have no up and tried again. The second time I got cut off and finally got through at my third attempt. This adviser was ok but rather patronising. I do not want to ring them again and it has made me think about leaving Littlewoods altogether.

Possibly the worst customer service ever, they barley understand English, asking you to spell everything then when asked to speak to a manager they were cheeky and hung up! Went and made a complaint and they said all they can do is apologise!

How are these 'people' still in business? Welch on offer deals, try and bamboozle with misleading buy now pay later and cash back deals and destroy any remaining shred of confidence with an African call centre that couldn't care a less about anyone. Impossible to contact complaints directly.... I wonder why? Have paid off my account early just to get away and it's fantastic to be shot of these horrible excuses, come on in people the waters lovely. I'd rather buy second hand than buy off these lot again. If you don't mind paying 3 times more for everything and getting metaphorically spat in the face for the pleasure then littlewoods is for you. Goodbye Littlewoods.

Had to give it one star but they don't even deserve that. Never use little woods as the allow delivery to be sent to an address that the person ordering doesn't live and and has never lived when you call them to sort it out they are not interested their customer service advisers put the phone down on you more often than helping you they are less than useful and their attitude stinks. Little woods and very are the same company so I would stay well away from both of them little woods charge through the roof for what they have as well. Day light robbery I can't believe there are people out there that use companies like little woods when they can't even be bothered to deal with problems and really do not care if someone live at the address they have registered as living. They are heartless they are useless and they are not worth the time of day.

After trying explain 4 times about my problem the first agent i spoke too had no clue i tried to explain was having problems logging in and he said he will put me on hold and when he did i was passed on to the sony xperia care team which had nothing to do about what i told him the customer care stinks when it was UK based i had no problems !!

Ordered two coats for sizing. Arranged return of one immediately but couriers didn't turn up. This happened 4 times each time I took time off work and waited in.No apology given,difficult to understand foreign call centre staff and very poor service overall. Been a customer for probably about 15-20 years and have to say when the call centre was UK based the service was far better.My advice go elsewhere.

ordered a TV which turned up with an entire smashed screen. Rang to arrange return but was told would need to ring the supplier, rang them to be told they would be in touch with collection date. 2 weeks later not heard from them so rang again to be told it had been passed back to littlewoods. Rang littlewoods on 3 occasions to be on hold for 14 minutes and cut off. Finally got through to a colleague who spoke very poor English, who again said would be in touch about collection. Received an email asking when I would be in all day to collect, stated the day and sat in all day for knowone to turn up. Once AGAIN rang littlewoods and received attitude from the staff who AGAIN promised collection the next day, we will see if it happens this time. Will certainly not use them again!!
