I have been a customer of Littlewoods for nearly 20 years but recently things have gone downhill rapidly. I had a payment set up for the same time each month for over a year which was fine, but suddenly I received a late payment charge. I suspect they have changed some t&c's and changed the due date. Anyway the same thing happened this month. It took ages to get through to someone in the customer services department and then the background noise was such that you couldnt hear properly. The advisor spoke really bad english. I explained the problem but she had no interest in improving my experience or repaying the charge even for a very loyal customer. Given their total disinterest in me as a customer, I just paid the balance and told them to shut my account. I am not expecting them do it without incident. If you are thinking of becoming a Littlewoods customer - DON'T

Hi friends be very carefull with littlewoods.ie. I had an online account with them and shopped for about 130 euros. After the final step of my purchase, that is after the payment has been made, littlewoods saying my order has been declined. When i contacted the customer service, they are claiming as my account is closed and can't do the repayment now and i have been advised to contact my bank to get the money back.

A man named Worren from customer service was very lovely/friendly with dealing with my issue. Very welcoming and patient. Called because my due date for monthly payment was for the 6th, when i normally pay on the 10th. He didn't fix my problem entirely but he certainly was of great help! Much appreciated.

Bad customer service took months 2 sort out 1 ruturn hardly rocket science then wen they did they payed money in and out of my account i lost count they must of payed about 3000 pound altogether i lost count on the statement ther was 20 transactions and the staf would sort out the rite acciunt balance then 2 days later they have payed in money again everytime i had 2 exsplain the same thing felt like groundhog day once i have cleared my balance wuth them i will never order again pure scam artists! And the ruturn wat was sent mysteriously got stolen in transit bad company and should stop trading

Worst costumer service ever experienced. They leave you holding for over an hour and then cut you off. They never receive returns so you lose money. They cannot solve any queries they just pass you to another department - must be 100s of departments!!! This company should be closed down, awful experience and will never go near Littlewoods shop direct again

Paid an amount into my account to clear bnpl and leave as a credit in Oct. Customer services don't know what's going on and there English is poor they are based in cape Town. ..even the online help....I was with kays 20 years and since littlewoods have taken over all I've had is problems....anyway as of today 2 months later I had a call from a lady in Cardiff and my account is sorted...even though I have had calls from collections and charges to my account as they messed up...awful like alot on here I will be leaving to

Customer Service is non-existent - it's virtually impossible to contact them, you can’t find an email address anywhere on their Website and they don’t respond to messages sent through their website, and you’d need to be Sherlock Holmes to get a phone number. When you do get through, and if you’ve enough patience to go through laborious automated questions (and if the “robot” eventually understands your regional accent) and you eventually get through to a human being... ...they don’t care. Mustn’t blame the staff though – Management are entirely responsible. After over 24 years of being a regular consistent and content customer, things have gone downhill so much this past year that I’ve had enough. So have just now closed my Account (lucky for me, only had to wait 13 mins this time to get through to speak to someone...)

ordered sofa at first week of november ,order went true and delivery was assumed for 25 of nowember (friday) by monday ev 28.11 sofa still wasnt here so i asked staff member on online chat about it, i was informed that sofa wasnt even dispached as they are waiting for supplier confirmation??? i was also told that they cant quarantie that i will have that product for christmas....terrible service ,they sell stuff that they dont even have in stock and im extreamly unhappy with that service.

I was looking online for Bang Olufsen speaker, I opened an account with them just to be able to see how much it will cost me with0% interest and I received an email which says that I will receive the speaker in two days and I can't cancel the order???

Cannot register as new person as it asks for date of birth and even when I put it in it highlights it and asks again Been trying for 3 weeks Rang customer services who were difficult to understand and they said they don't deal with problems with the on line site and no they didn't know what I should do

I ordered a TV and it turned up broken. Tried ringing littlewoods customer services were the first guy put the phone down on me. The second attempt the Pearson answered the phone but didn't acknowledge me and was just having a conversation with a friend. Then the third attempt the guy told me to contact the tv manufacturer and it was not down to littlewoods.

customer service? This company's understanding of this is yet to be desired. One thing it is good for, you can pay in installments which is great... However, they will soon charge you double the amount you should pay on an installment, tell you they cannot make changes to the account and refuse the money owed back to you. I don't believe management exists as when you request to speak to a manager, the advisors tell you they cannot deal with your query. Customer care and their reputation is clearly not a priority. Do not use littlewoods they are crooks.

Been with Littlewoods 10yrs plus rang up to pay my but now pay later off then statement came played all my money off my normal account a think because they can't understand my accent as they are not English

Ordered a sofa from littlewoods and the first one came damaged so returned it and was told I would have to wait a week without a sofa until the new one came and on the day the new one was due to be delivered I had to phone them to find out that it wasn't going to be delivered for another 4 days!! We also have children in the house with nowhere to sit apart from the floor and apparently there was nothing they could do to help! Absolutely disgraceful service! Will not be ordering from them ever again. Giving them one star is a joke because the service wasn't even that good.

Faulty laptop unable to return due to Littlewoods not wanting to know and their non existent customer services. Contacted head office to try and get them to collect my faulty laptop but they said they would look into it and that was over two weeks ago. I am stuck with a laptop that does not work whatsoever and nobody at Littlewoods to help. Extremely poor company that should not be trading and I will be contacting Watchdog and Trading Standards as Littlewood do not understand consumer rights and could not care less if you have a problem with your order. Their feedback speaks volumes, awful company.

Got fishing pole some off it was missing they said I couldn't send it back it's go to cost me 180 pounds to fix it I paid 630 for it

Had a bed and new mattress delivered..after the delivery men left I discovered a massive rip in the mattress and all the boxes containing the bed parts are ripped and bumped. This is ridiculous! Was told 1-3 working days to get it returned but we have already got rid of our old bed and mattress so now have no where to sleep. Customer service people we rude and sighed multiple times on the phone when I was trying to explain. Shocking service! Will not order again!
