“Received 10 velvet dining chairs and they look absolutely stunning. Some were difficult to put together. Holes we’re not lined up so had to use a bit of brut force to get legs/screws in. I wouldn’t have been able to do that on my own! Monique”

“I found an item on the Living and Home website that I needed to finish off my new bedroom decor (and the colour I wanted it in was £20-£30 cheaper than other colours advertised so an absolute bargain). However, I was very dubious about purchasing from this company due to the high volume of negative reviews on TrustPilot. My order arrived quickly but upon unpacking there was a small issue with it to which my heart sank as I then expected to get no response from Customer Services once I emailed them to report the issue. I was very pleasantly surprised. I received an almost immediate response by email, and they worked with me to resolve the issue very quickly. I was 100% satisfied with the outcome and very impressed with the Customer Service provided by Living and Home. My experience with them was excellent. Thank you!”

“Delivery was quick but product damaged. One shelf was a different finish to the other, holes not drilled correctly and generally poor product overall.”

“Not a good experience, tried to canx order 1 hour after booking it, I would have to accept del then return it minus £70 ish handling fee, then when it arrived it was dusty and the front feet are not even!”

“Ordered and delivered before time.Three large boxes in all.Managed to get it up to head height before I needed help for the roof.Bit of patience required from there on,just read instructions well before you do each stage.Its now up and keeps the weather off garden tools etc as described.Far better than a wooden shed!!”

“Daughter just opened the box, everything looks ok. But after trying to erect it. It's no good for my busy garden with grandchildren and dogs. I would prefer to return it and is it possible to have a refund. It's too flymsy.”

“Delivery came within a few days. (quicker than expected) I ordered a velvet desk chair. The quality was very good! I didn’t expect it to be so sturdy and such good quality! It is very comfortable. I’m ordering another chair for my Neice soon. I’m very happy with the desk chair for kids room. 10/10 for service and 10/10 for the standard of the product”
