I have just visited Lloyds Pharmacy WellingtonBridge, Wexford and the service there is really poor and the operation of the stores is extremely inefficient. When I initially rang to fill my prescription, which they had on file, I was asked if I could come in the following day! I said that I would really need the prescription within an hour. I said to the assistant on the phone could it be filled in 4 hours and she said that was fine. I went back 4 & 1/2 hours later. I had to wait there for a further 25 minutes and then received my prescription which was obviously just filled whilst I was made wait without explanation or apology or admission to the error. The store has gone to the dogs!! I used to get prescriptions here where you could walk in and wait five or 10 minutes now at the very least it’s 2 to 4 hours to fill the prescription and from today was advised 24 HOURS - OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I am SO ANNOYED!!! This has happened in the previous 2 visits for a supposedly filled prescription!!

Lloydspharmacy in sheringham, we're the most helpful chemist I have been in ever..there customer care left me thinking I was on another planet, they certainly go above and beyond for there customers , such a pleasure to have dealt with them in my 3 months stay in sheringham.

Do not bother ordering via click and collect, 10 days, 2 emails to them and still nothing, absolute disgrace. I've now requested a refund, wonder how long I'll have to wait for that!

On 7th May 2021 I lodged form for repeat prescription at my GP for my wife and attended Lloyds on 15th May (a Saturday) to collect the medication. I was advised that the necessary prescription had not been received by the Pharmacy and I should contact the GP on the following Monday. The GP confirmed that the prescription had been issued to Lloyds on the 12th May. My daughter then went to the Pharmacy on 17th May but she had to wait over an hour whilst the Pharmacy sorted out the position with the GP and eventually issued the medication. On a previous occasion the pharmacy had mislaid a prescription. Will now have to consider a change of Pharmacy.

Purchased a Bottle of Turmeic tablets at £9.50 with Banner headline "Buy 1 get 1 free selected vitamins - mix and match" Added vit tablets at £14.99 Suddenly the Turmeric was free and the Vit Tablets at full Price They should say" Cheapest item Free" but they dont ! Very annoyed at the blatant deception

I ordered an antifungal cream thinking that 'Click and Collect' at Lloyds Pharmacy would be the same as all other retailers who provide this service, i.e. you can pick up the order pretty much immediately in store. But at Lloyds Pharmacy it seems to be 'Click and wait at least two days with no indication of when you might be able to Collect'. A ridiculous service when you consider that the item I ordered is available over the counter. I gave up waiting and went and bought it over the counter at Boots instead.

Lloyds in upper hunchback street Hanley s-o-t are just brill! The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help. They are also extremely trustworthy. I left my purse in there and they went above and beyond to track me down.

don't bother wasting your time booking with them. i made an appointment for a flu jab 3rd october, and after cancelling all my plans for the day they decided to email me an hour before the appointment was due to cancel my appointment. they couldn't even be bothered to call me. woeful service.

I purchased and received some DN95 masks from Lloyd’s Pharmacy, boxed, with box stating filtration capability - but - and crucially - no CE stamp. If there is a recorded indication of capability then I thought that by law they MUST then have CE approval and marking. If that is so, then these are being sold illegally in the UK! By Lloyd’s ! I tried contacting Lloyd’s but got no reply.

Got an email to tell me to book a flu jab, booked a flu jab, went to get the flu jab, told they don't have any flu jabs in stock!! What a shambles. I understand the flu jab is in high demand but don't send me an email to book one and then don't let me make a booking. 1 hour round trip wasted and met with a shrug of the shoulders.

Collection of prescriptions or click & collect orders at their Cleckheaton site is terrible. Queues of 10 + people at most times of the same taking over an hour to simply collect items. It's the only pharmacy in the local area with this issue. And based recent experiences I've moved my collections to another pharmacy

Following the recent closure of my local Lloyds in Ripley, I contacted the Cobham High Street branch and followed this up with a visit...I wish I had done so sooner! Unlike the Ripley branch, the staff I found amenable, helpful and throughly knowledgable about their product base. The whole experience was seamless from ordering prescriptions to purchasing a variety of items. Such a refreshing departure from the staff at Ripley!! More recently, as a result of Coronavirus, I needed to collect items and prescriptions for my elderly parents. On each occasion I was met with helpful staff who couldn't do enough to assist...from checking stock availability (not on display) recommending alternative products and even proposing to delivery prescriptions to my parents to save me time and effort. The high level of customer care offered goes well and truly above and beyond the call of duty in what are extremely difficult times. I can only admire their continued professionalism and loyalty, despite the additional pressures they are clearly encountering to ensure both staff and customers alike are kept safe. Extremely commendable!!!

Disgusting, immoral practice. Listen up, paracetamol was 99p for 32 caps, now £2.50, an increase of around 250% all thanks to exploiting those in need regarding Coronavirus. I wonder what additional profits they're making on related products, thermometers, sanitizers, tissues. I dropped everything, walked out and bought my gear from Co-op and Tesco.

Their customer charter and expressed standards of service "always with your health in mind" and "we want to provide the best service" is complete fabrication. They just DO NOT CARE about you or your health. Every time I have gone to collect my medicines sent electronically they deny that they are there and just fob me off despite the fact that I know they are there as my GP clinic has actually issued them. The last time I had to travel three times to be fobbed off each time over the course of three days. Finally after I made a huge fuss they did "find " it and admitted that they had made a mistake. A patient and senior citizen should not have to go through this. After two months of formally initiating a complaint with them there has been no answer despite their own policy stating that the will resolve the issue within 20 days. A terrible company to be avoided.

Pet peeve of mine Is being followed by board security making it blatantly obvious they're not only following and watching but talking about me on a radio! I was so stressed, I'm a nervous shopper as it is so maybe that makes me look like I'm up to something coz I seem to get it a lot. Couldn't wait to get out, not a good experience

I ordered medications online on Sunday and was able to pick them up next day. The online service responded quickly on Sunday and also coped with a request to change the pick-up location.
