We can call it a worry free product Since we purchased our cluster pair with dell Hardware we had nearly no problems with the setup and production, even the perfomance/price ratio is hard to beat for the competitors. If you have any questions or problems the support jumps in very quickly, the response time is amazing and until now they had always an answer in the first place - no "support escalating to our technical super experts" stuff...i think you ask always people they know what they are talking about. The web config is easy to handle and of course the "step by step" guides are very detailed but not bloated.

We have deployed around 20 of these on different customer sites in the last four years and they have given us no drama at all. The product keeps evolving with new functionality offered at no additional cost (Windows Feedback Agent for Remote Desktop). The support team get back to you quickly and they know what they are talking about. Can't say enough good things about loadbalancer.org.

I was having trouble upgrading firmware on our R16. I created a service ticket via service web portal and within 15 minutes, I was contacted by Thorsten Wetzig from Loadbalancer Service Support Desk and he worked with me remotely till successful firmware updates were all applied and we fully tested the original functionality/setup. I am very pleased with such high level of support provided. I work for Carestream Health HCIS Divison -- Australia.

We've had two pairs of Enterprise 10G load balancers in production for a little over 2 years now. The appliances have been rock steady, with no unscheduled downtime. The support staff at loadbalancer.org have been phenomenal, whether answering our many questions about configurations and procedures, or helping us with software upgrades. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.

A non-nonsense product that works exactly as you want it too. Clear instructions and in-depth deployment guides help you get up and running in short order, and if that isn't enough then its backed up by a quick to respond and very helpful support team.

The Loadbalancer.org virtual appliance works beautifully. It gives is the flexibility we need for types of routing, custom load balancing schemes and handles all the traffic we can throw at it very well. Brilliant product!

Have been working with the loadbalancers enterprise R16 for few years. I always got good and very fast support from loadbalancer.org support team. Their answers always straight forward and quick. I've dealt with different vendor support and know how frustrate it is when I get the "unsure" answers, taking multiple emails to get the answer (sometime not straight forward answers) while I am working in the production environment and sometimes I need a quick support (as last minute questions from clients), loadbalancer.org support team always helped me to find the answer quickly. I really feel comfortable and confident reaching out to loadbalancer.org support team for help and dealing with their load balancer appliances. Worth the money!! They know what they are doing. Love the chat session that I don't have to wait long and don't have to hold on to the phone (if chat session is unavailable) while I am working on the computer.

Loadbalancer's technical support provided me clear concise answers during a time-sensitive maintenance window with no run around. I was able to finish the maintenance well before my window expired. The company provides a top notch product and back it up with excellent support.

Loadbalancer.org's Virtual Loadbalance appliance works great! We have our Exchange 2010 CAS Array and also inbound mailflow running through it with no issues and no delays. The technical support provided by loadbalancer.org is great and they will jump on a call if you need any assistance. They are highly recommended!!

I have personally implemented or designed over a dozen proxy clusters where loadbalancer.org functionality was pivotal to the success of the implementation. The ability to easily perform maintenance on the HA pair and any member of the cluster was key. In place license upgrades make it easy to expand a proof of concept and virtual appliances helped out in a few cases where physical/power limitations existed. Loadbalancer.org is my preferred supplier because of it's fantastic support and power/ease of use combo.
