“We could not be happier! Rick Rawlins is the best Senior Mortgage Banker. We have worked with him twice now and the process has been so seamless. Rick is a wonderful communicator, which is important when financing your home. He does a great job answering all our concerns and questions. We would recommend Rick & Loandrone 100%!”

“Rick helped my family out tremendously. We had some increasing debt built up and were basically drowning. He helped us get our home refinanced. We cleared our debt and got some nesting money as well. We had a few technical hiccups with our property. Rick deftly handled everything and got us on track. He even scheduled some of the required appointments (pest and such) so we didnt have to. He drove thru and got everything done extremely fast to boot! I would (and will) absolutely recommend him to anyone with a similar situation as ours.”

“My late husband and I had used Londrone in the past with very good experience, so when the time came for me to get a mortgage, my first telephone call was to Londrone. I was connected with Rick Rowland, who handled my mortgage with a tremendous amount of professionalism. Rick went way over the call of duty to make sure that my mortgage was approved in time for closing and without issues. Being a recent widow, there were a lot of financial issues that were not quite taken care off, Rick made sure that all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted, Rick went as far as holding several telephone conferences with my financial institutions, to insure that I met the underwriter's requirement. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service that I received from Rick and his team. I will definitely recommend Rick to my friends and family.”

“Rick Rowlin worked on my Home refinance to help me get money out of my equity. He was nice, respectful and straight to the point. He never let anyone give me the run around. We started off really well and we had a hiccup with the appraisal. It turned out to be a lot lower than we planned. So Rick put in a request to the VA to have the appraisal approved to be higher. It took a few weeks but Rick pulled it off and we were back on track to finish the refinance. Honestly this is the best experience I’ve ever had with any loan officer. I will definitely use Rick again in the future and I highly recommend him.”
