Incompetent people nothing but lies. I lost my earnest money and my appraisal because they could not close my loan in time. Kept getting excuse after excuse no real answers blaming it on Covid. I pushed back closing date three weeks and they still cannot get it done. Do not get scammed by them use someone else

Thank you Loanguys.com for helping with my loan! The process was so quick and efficient. The team was constantly updating me. Even when my deal became a little difficult at times, they still pushed everything through to get me my closing. I cannot wait to build my portfolio with them.

Definitely not a company I would recommend to my worst enemy. Very slow and full of people who have no idea what is going on. If you decide to do business with them, prepare for disappointment

FRAUD!!!! Run as fast as you can away from this company. Started a process to refinance properties with them back in December. Here it is, March and they are just now telling that my deal didn't clear underwriting because of a credit score. This is after they let me pay over $2000 in appraisal fees and added themselves to my insurance policy. EDAN ECKSTEIN, basically lied to me for 3 whole months. The only truthful answer was from Heather, and even though she was rude, she told me "we are so backed up, your deal is at the bottom of the pile, and if I keep asking them about it, they will push it even further to the bottom." Is that something you tell a customer trying to refinance a free and clear house with you??? No Good!!!!!!

They’ve had my appraisal and all required documentation since 12/13. It’s now March 1 and we are closer to closing than when I started. This is a simple cash out refi. Do not use!

The process was long but they got this one done. I weny to many different lenders in the past 6 nonths tryinh to refinance my property. Due to my low credit and hits that showed up on my credit report thar made my process longer. But Benjamin pulled through and stuck it out with me. I appreciate the hard work and cant wait to come back to buy my next investment property

I would recommend The Loan Guys to anyone who is wanting a fair shake with any loan"...I had been a real estate investor for twenty-plus years, until the market crash of 2007...ready to get back in the game in 2021 with no lender contacts,...a fellow investor recommended The Loan Guys...and I am very happy he did! My clients just close with Loan Guys. They are very efficient and have a lot of resources. I’m glad they can close the loan in three weeks. Josh is my loan officer and he was very good and very great. He answered all the questions regarding the transactions. If any problems arise he had taken care of us very quickly and efficiently. Thanks Loan Guys!!!!

Lender missed close date on new purchase. Absolutely no communication from Nate or Daniel. They were not returning calls days before closing and completely ignored me. Please run far away from this awful company

We are so grateful for Addison helping us Close on our investment property, the property had little difficulty situations but loan guys went far and beyond to make sure I had mortgage with good interest. For any one who is a first time investor this are your guys.

The number one thing I love about these guys is that they’re pushers. They push your deal to close asap (provided you’re competent like me) I got my money and my Loan Officer Benjamin was super helpful. We closed my 300,000 loan. They know what’s up!
