“Great substitute to bread and pizza bases. Could improve on texture a little bit”

“Little unsure what to expect and my first taste probably sums this up. I made a pizza first and then a toastie so I could try different ways of experiencing Lo-Dough. It would be fair to say I wasn't blown away but I think this is something I could become a fan of. I definitely enjoyed the second tasting more as I knew what to expect. I will be ordering more.”

“This stuff is the BEST - not exaggerating. I was skeptical of its taste and texture, but it really is an excellent bread substitute. I am so chuffed I came across this! Only reason I can't give give 5/5 is because it's so expensive!! :'(”

“Good for people who are cutting down on carbs if used with very tasty food. Not suitable for a luxury market eg in a hotel where expectations are slightly different. Some tasters struggled with the texture”

“Not great straight out the packet, it tastes a bit papery. Nice enough as a wrap but the best use I've found for it is as a pastry case. Made a very nice quiche.”

“I'm following a low-carb diet & wanted to be able to use Lo-Dough for making myself the occasional pizza and burrito so that I am eating the same food as my family. This bread substitute worked well for both recipes and I look forward to using it in other meals. I would give it 5 stars if it were priced lower so that I could use it more often.”

“Really enjoyed lo-dough. Currently on a low carb diet so made some pizzas which was a real treat. Once lo-dough gets into shops and the price becomes realistic then it should do well. Until then just too expensive! Shame as a great idea and product.”

“I was craving pizza during my Keto diet and came across Lo-dough so decided to try it. It is very light but filling. I pan fried the dough for one minute on each side then added my topping and baked it for 10 minutes at 250c and the results was amazing. I felt full after eating half the pizza and it tasted almost like store bought thin frozen pizza without the calories. It is very expensive but it’s nice to have it in your cupboard as a treat now and then. Ordered them in June and arrived within 3 days with 3 months expiry date. Just placed my second order now.”
