“I love the bases and the brownie mix, I used the recipe book and made peanut butter brownies and it was the nicest treat I have had that was also low calorie and didn’t ruin my diet. My family also loved it so it vanished pretty fast. Luckily I got 2 lots of brownie mix so excited about what to make next.”

“The cake bars are really nice and very filling (even better kept in the fridge), I thought they were expensive at £2.49 each but you would pay more than that for a dessert and these are excellent for that purpose too and only 145 ish calories. The chocolate brownies are also delicious and so easy to make. I'm not sold on the dough bases but am going to give them another try, I thought mine was dry and like cardboard but think I may have over cooked it.”

“I bought the Lo dough bases to make my Friday night pizza as I'm cutting down on carbs. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out as expected, it was more like a wrap as the base went all soggy and limp. Could this be due to pre-cooking my veg in the frying pan before loading it on to base?”

“Used for first time and really enjoyed it. Baked bases in oven for two minutes before laying the toppings. This ensures a crispy base otherwise can be soggy. Going to try them as wraps next week. Yes definitely a great product especially for those who are on nutritional plans.”

“Fab customer services whenever I have needed to contact lo dough. I am not very exciting with these I just use them for wraps and the odd pizza. They are perfect for wraps. I am trying the enchilada recipe tonight to mix it up a bit.”

“Excellent service, very good product. I find a Lo Dough base is best used as a ‘pizza’ base or filled with ham/tuna and low fat cheese, toasted in a sandwich maker (or equivalent) and served with a salad. Easy to do. I also like the Lo Dough Brownie mix. Made up and cut into small squares it freezes well, and is a very satisfactory alternative to a piece of chocolate. Highly recommend both the savoury and sweet uses of Lo Dough to my fellow weight watchers!”
