“Received these in less than the time expected. Have made the brownies & not too sure what I think of them just get, feel like they are missing something. Haven’t got round to using the pizza base though but I’m sure it will be lovely. I love good alternatives being on slimming world. You can still have naughty things”

“Lovely tasting, but followed the instructions twice and still ended up with floppy pizza. Did the light pre frying, went crispy then got very floppy in oven. Still tasted good though. Will order again, just a shame it isn’t cheaper as I can’t afford to buy as much as I’d like - even one piece a day for a sandwich or whatever would be £28 a week - who can afford that for bread?! So I will have to just have it occasionally as a treat.”

“I found this dough easy to use made a pasty with one piece and an ape tart with the second piece. The pasty was lovely but the tart looked good but was very soggy.”

“I used my lo-dough to make pizzas. The guide they email out was really useful in how to make the most of the dough, and for 39 calories I have very few complaints! It’s not exactly like regular dough although I never expected it to be - my only real complaint is that if you load it with too many ‘wet’ ingredients i.e. fresh mozzarella (even after drying) and tomatoes, the base went a little soggy. But again, for 39 calories it’s great to still be able to eat pizza!”

“Made amazing pizza and quiche. So good to have a bread replacement that is both low cal and low carb. Looking forward to making the Brownies as a treat. Would have given 5* but a little pricey.”

“Very versatile (very strange texture) I use it primarily instead of pastry as it is more convenient and easier to handle than gluten free pastry.. It is a hit with my coeliac family and friends and with my unrestricted diet friends.”
