Horrible Customer Service. The customer service phone number they have listed is not in order. I returned 2 pairs of boots more than 2 months ago and have yet to be credited. I am unable to reach anyone and I am frustrated. This company is definitely not the LTS from years ago. They have deteriorated and are untrustworthy. I would think twice before dealing with them.

Just not the same quality since being sold. I have shopped with them for years...was rarely disappointed and I've purchased some of everything--coats, jackets, pants, dresses, sweaters, blouses, jeans etc. I've decided not to try again since the material is cheap....and the whole return process is convoluted and not worth my time and energy. This is so unfortunate since finding clothing for tall women is not always the easiest. Anyway I am experimenting with other retailers and feeling optimistic!

I stopped using LTS because their clothes are dated and poor quality, plus their customer service in and out of store is dreadful. Added to all this, I UNSUBSCRIBED to LTS (online) well over a year ago, and YET ... they are STILL sending me marketing emails. This proves a) they are desperate for any sale at any cost b) their in-house admin is atrocious c) their believe they are above GDPR rulings and law !! LTS STOP EMAILING ME ... and also .... BUYER BEWARE !!! This store was OK about 20 years ago, but now it is simply awful. In EVERY way.

Since they sold quality, service, return policy, customer service and everything has gone down hill. Made a purchase and the quality of shirts was horrendous for the price I paid. Cheap fabric and less quality than K-Mart. Went to go return them and it took months of me contacting them via email and trying to call. Finally got my money back after several months. Horrible customer service and no one to talk to if you can even find a US phone number. Beware: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

They don't answer questions submitted online from their website. I sent 2 requests and heard nothing back. Their online chat help is open only during my nighttime hours (I live in Canada) and even when I did get up at 3AM to chat, they did not answer my question as to whether or not I could send a return to Canada because returns have to be sent to the UK! That costs a fortune. They make no mention of this anywhere on their site unless it's hidden somewhere. Why not have locations in Canada for refunds? The sizes are larger than the counterparts here in North America, and yes, I used their sizing chart. That's another thing. Getting to the North American size chart takes persistence and patience, even though you know I'm in Canada as you display the red maple leaf next to my name. I went through quite the performance on this last order and I sure don't want to repeat it, nor can I afford it. I see by other reviews they won't be in business that much longer. It's a shame as we need a clothing line we can depend on.

If I could give LTS negative stars I would. This is one of the ONLY companies that makes clothing that fits tall women, and they should be ASHAMED of their business practices. There are no free returns, customers must pay to return items. Exchanges do not exist, at all. The sizing guide is not accurate. I used the sizing guide to determine what size to order and the product I received is not anywhere close to what is listed. I attempted to reach out to customer service and was basically told to stuff it. Save your money, find another company. Don't buy from LTS, you will regret it I promise.

I ordered Silver jeans in Size 28 and received a size 32. I reached out to their customer service and they asked me to send a photo of the size on the tag. I’ve done this and it has been a week and still no response regarding a refund. I read many similar experiences from others with sizing and return issues. I fear I will be stuck with these huge pants. I would not recommend ordering online from this company any longer.

I did not receive a return slip inside my package and I cannot get ahold of customer service. The sizes are way bigger then U.S sizes and I even went onto the U.S size chart. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

Since LTS was sold the quality of clothing is garbage and customer service is non existent. I purchased 2 pair of jeans the style and size were the same as in the past. I was stunned at the poor quality and the sizing is way off. I don’t recommend buying from this company will never buy another item.

Indigo jeans bleed on clothes, sofas, floors, rugs, everything. Washing 10 times after soaking in vinegar does nothing. Tired of hands turning Diego blue. They are long enough but gee whiz this is stupid.

I ordered clothes from LTS and the sizing did not match the size chart. I learned the hard way that the customer must pay to return the product AND they do not refund the tax. It also took 3 months to receive the refund. Would NOT recommend online shopping with this brand

I ordered Silver Jeans Frisco size 28x35. I received 32x35. Long Tall Sally does not deal with international customers and I was directed to Gobal e. They want ME to pay nearly 40$ for shipping to return the jeans... It's their mistake, and they should cover the cost of shipping. I will certainly not be returning to this store.

such a shame that this company has been bought out by a cheap company that now makes inferior clothing. Bought recently to 'try them out' but the clothing was of poor quality & one pant leg longer than the other! don't bother to buy as you'll be paying huge postage to return if living in another country. Give them to the charity shop, I did.

The quality of Long Tall Sally has gone down so drastically. They don't seem to want to see suits anymore and everything is long. We don't need dresses to our feet. We simply want stylish clothes that fit. Everything that I've ordered since the ownership change is just sitting in my closet as the fit is just off and the make feels cheap.

I wish we still had stores in Canada. Purchased online. I ordered my usual sizes in shirts/styles that I've purchased before and they were too big (definitely haven't lost weight). Then I paid to ship it back, which is ridiculous when you spend hundreds of dollars (free returns should be offered after a certain amount) and it took forever. Finally after almost 2 months, I got an email saying your refund will be processed but it can take up to 21 days. What?????? So 3-4 later after shipping an item, I get my refund - okay. If shipping is this much hassle, just don't offer shipping overseas. And their customer service department is awful. You contact them, then get an email saying you have to go through a third party to find out information, which they couldn't help me with. All I got was "use your tracking number to locate your package". So when I replied "it says delivered" - I got "sorry you will have to wait for someone from the refund department to get back to you". Thanks. Such a shame because I love their long tops.

I wish I'd looked on here before I ordered. LTS always used to be a brand to trust, but seemingly no more. This was my first online order having only ever bought in-store previously. I returned 2 orders - £35 + £148 of clothing - had an acknowledgement that the returned items had been received on the 30th June and the money would be in my account within 5 working days. The £35 was refunded, the £148 not. 5 weeks later, despite numerous phone calls, emails and Facebook messages, the money has not yet been returned. I have been told countless times that it is being 'processed' and will be in my account within 48hrs. I was told this morning it was definitely going through (but I was told that on the 23rd July, too!). The messages on Facebook are rude and unprofessional beyond belief - spelling errors, incoherent sentences, generally impolite, no sign off. I have used LTS for years. I won't ever be returning. You would also be advised to steer clear. Next, and a few other stores, now do XXLong. They will order items in store for free, you can try it on and get immediate refunds. A lot less hassle.

This company is no longer a fantastic place to shop for tall women. Since its changed hands of ownership, the quality of clothing and accessories has diminished drastically, the pricing is outrageously high, while customer service has nose dived. I sent an email inquiry over a week ago, and have not yet heard back. There’s no customer service phone number should you have pressing matters to sort, you need to send an email and just wait around for a reply that may or may not be coming to you. Just terrible customer service all around. Shame, I was a customer for 20 years and was ecstatic to initially learn the company was saved from insolvency, however , if this new company will not change or adapt to customer’s needs, it will inevitably go insolvent.

I was a loyal customer for 30 years but since Yours Clothing took over they have ruined the brand. Poor quality and diabolical customer service. They received my returns on 21 June and as at 17 July I’m still waiting for my refund. There no telephone number to call them on and despite numerous emails and assurances my money is on its way, it never comes. They are thieves. I will have to put a court claim in.
