“Four missing items from my order. Contacted their customer service, kept getting a message saying they are still investigating with the courier. Today, I received a message that they have completed the investigation, they are not going to send the missing items, no refund, close my account and said they will not accept any order from me anymore. It's a well-run scam. Please DO NOT order anything from this company, I only wish I had read the reviews.”

“Worst shop Ever they scammed Me, and deleted my account when i reported missing item From My order- rude customer service representative they disconnected chat many times at me without resolving my issues. They are not doing anything to help customers. Who spent hundreds of £ on their website. Avoid”

“Non-delivery after 15 days, of items valued over £75. Appalling customer service; keep getting a message saying they are still investigating with the courier. I have repeatedly requested a refund which they are completely ignoring. Please DO NOT order anything from this company, I only wish I had read the reviews. What a shocking service and a shameful way to operate! Off to Trading Standards I go...!”

“DO NOT SIGN UP TO THE BEAUTY BOX SUBSCRIPTION It’s a great box but a total SCAM as it is near impossible to get out of. The subscription auto renews without notifying you and then even when you cancel it they continue to take your money. BUYER BEWARE”

“Ordered a perfume set for my mother in law’s birthday and It never arrived. I contacted customer services a few times (ordered it a week before her party) and (five days after the expected date), was told it would arrive tomorrow and it never did! Contacted again. Only to be told the product was out of stock and must be lost in transit. Awful company! Will not order anything from them again!”

“Paid for next day delivery and order never showed even though saying dispatched. 4 days later still no updates and I am holiday with no products. Trying to get a refund but company saying they have to investigate the courier company. £200 down. Never again!!!!”

“Item wasn’t received for more than 2 weeks. Wrote in to inquiry and was told the delivery is 30days and if you request for cancel and refund. You have to wait until the item arrived, send a return and then wait further for a refund. Hence the whole process may take you 2-3 months. Do take note that whatever cost will be bare by the customer including the shipping cost. Speaking to their customer service takes more than an hour just to enquire about the missing/delay shipment and so forth. It was a very unpleasant experience. ”

“Terrible experience!!!!!! I chose Lookfantastic Canada and they sent me my order with three items with UK plug!!!! I just can't use them!!! And they refused to take back the items, give me prepaid postage to return the items. As I ask them for this prepaid postage as the price I should pay for the delivery is about $400-600 from Canada to UK. BE CAREFUL!!!!!! Their customer service just sent me template answers first, then just this: " I am unable to send you a paid postage slip, as your return is coming all the way from Canada." Why ARE YOU MENTIONED: LOOKFANTASTIC CANADA!!! and send the items from the UK? Just disgusting!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!”

“DREADFUL COMPANY. NEW IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. AVOID. Ordered items from this company a month ago. They still haven't arrived. There's been no contact from these people. I've requested a refund, but judging from the reviews below, I think I'm going to have a lot of trouble getting it. Going to speak to my bank and see if I can get a refund that way.”

“Submitted order via Atome app as they had a promo. But it’s not showing the order in my LF account. 1st payment deducted from card. Am still pursuing this with LF customer service team with constant checking. Sometimes, the customer service agent don’t bother to read the history of the issue and just reply with a template response.”

“Order was lost be the courier in May and I am still chasing and trying to speak with someone about getting a replacement. First I was told a replacement would be sent straight out but then the items were out of stock so it could not be despatched, then they sent me a substitute box with old stock from the March box without my consent as a replacement. When enquiring as to what I had received I was told that a replacement May box would be delivered within 2 weeks. It is now the 5th July and I have still not received the May box and when contacting the LiveChat agent today (They have no phone number to be able to actually speak with someone and further try to avoid dealing with problems) I was advised that they weren't going to send one out as the substitute box had been delivery and that was acceptable. When asking the agent to refer back to chat logs to confirm I was promised the correct box being sent out, I was told this can take up to 5 working days to request, not very helpful when I have never been able to reconnect with the same agent in the months this issue has been ongoing. In short, if you have any issues good luck trying to get it resolved.”
