“Terrible experience!!!!!! I chose Lookfantastic Canada and they sent me my order with three items with UK plug!!!! I just can't use them!!! And they refused to take back the items, give me prepaid postage to return the items. As I ask them for this prepaid postage as the price I should pay for the delivery is about $400-600 from Canada to UK. BE CAREFUL!!!!!! Their customer service just sent me template answers first, then just this: " I am unable to send you a paid postage slip, as your return is coming all the way from Canada." Why ARE YOU MENTIONED: LOOKFANTASTIC CANADA!!! and send the items from the UK? Just disgusting!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!”

“Terrible experience, stay away from this company. Never received my order and impossible to get a refund. Customer service lied that they’ve processed a refund, which never happened! This business is not legit.”

“DREADFUL COMPANY. NEW IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. AVOID. Ordered items from this company a month ago. They still haven't arrived. There's been no contact from these people. I've requested a refund, but judging from the reviews below, I think I'm going to have a lot of trouble getting it. Going to speak to my bank and see if I can get a refund that way.”

“Submitted order via Atome app as they had a promo. But it’s not showing the order in my LF account. 1st payment deducted from card. Am still pursuing this with LF customer service team with constant checking. Sometimes, the customer service agent don’t bother to read the history of the issue and just reply with a template response.”

“Order was lost be the courier in May and I am still chasing and trying to speak with someone about getting a replacement. First I was told a replacement would be sent straight out but then the items were out of stock so it could not be despatched, then they sent me a substitute box with old stock from the March box without my consent as a replacement. When enquiring as to what I had received I was told that a replacement May box would be delivered within 2 weeks. It is now the 5th July and I have still not received the May box and when contacting the LiveChat agent today (They have no phone number to be able to actually speak with someone and further try to avoid dealing with problems) I was advised that they weren't going to send one out as the substitute box had been delivery and that was acceptable. When asking the agent to refer back to chat logs to confirm I was promised the correct box being sent out, I was told this can take up to 5 working days to request, not very helpful when I have never been able to reconnect with the same agent in the months this issue has been ongoing. In short, if you have any issues good luck trying to get it resolved.”

“DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! First time customer bought a gift for someone . Day before it was due to come I got told it was delayed then nearly a week later I had to chase them myself to find out where it was only to find out that I had to either wait 3-5 working days for another delivery or refund!!! Live chat was not helpful clearly has an automated response button and was waiting for a reply for a while Will never shop again with this company!”

“What is this Scam you are doing in Singapore? It's all over internet. I have purchased items of SGD 79 around 2AM SGT via the Atome payment mode/app. However, in my LF app it says ‘you have no recent orders’. Also, I have not received any confirmation email from LF. “I ordered a Foreo device that was defective, it would not power on despite over 24 hours of charging. I had to message customer service multiple times explaining myself over and over that there was not external physical damage to the device. I finally was given return instructions. I had to pay for the return out of pocket. It’s almost been 6 weeks with no refund so I contacted CS again and they’re asking for proof of shipment. So for US customers who are accustomed to the convenience getting a return label with your purchase, I would just avoid purchasing from this company. I’ll probably just let them keep my $150 because I’m over it. I will definitely not be purchasing from them again!”

“Ordered and items supposedly despatched on 02 May. Waited for 2 weeks and still nothing. Wrote in and they suggested that I wait till 02 June as delivery could take up to 30days. It’s 03 June now and still nothing. Tried contacting their customer service to no avail. For some reason their Live Chat function has not been available the whole morning.”

“I ordered a Elemis product and when I received my parcel one of the item was empty. I contact with them and they was telling me for 3 week straight that they will send the item again to me. The item cost 70£ and after 3 week the send me and email who they are saying that they will not send my item and that they closed my account so I can’t contact with them. Terrible customer service!!!!”

“Typed in the bundle promotion code and my free gift never came. Contacted the company and they said I hadn't added it to the basket. There was no option to do this and I confirmed this with them. They then replied that it was because I'd added another offer. At no point was this clear. It seems they swop their stories to suit. Terrible company.”
