Charged for all items and order in ‘processing’ for weeks now. No clarify from customer service on when the goods will be sent

never ordering from this place again, after two weeks and they dispatched one item only out of five. Got charged for all of the items though

Made a large order and after waiting over 2 weeks for my items i have only received 10% of my order, however many of the items are showing as delivered in status, so now i have no clue where they are as box was damaged and wet so have they items fell out in transit? hermes never left a calling card either no inventory in box for me to see what had been dispated and both customer services are appalling

Really regret ordering from this lot - should have looked up their reviews first. Been waiting a week and no sign of dispatch. Very difficult to contact to get refund. I should have used the manufacturer's online shop to order my item as I usually do. Never again.

Horrible customer service… basically non-existent. Dealing with them due weeks, no resolution. They are just copy-pasting their reply. I’ll never ever ever use them again.

Ordered multiple items only one arrived next day, day 5 still waiting for the rest. No email by way of explanation - I even thought my order had been lost and worried how I could prove it. To make matters worse, to leave a review they said they’d send me a code, it never arrived. Seems to me the poor reviews don’t get through! I’ve never experienced such a difficult, almost impossible, method of contacting a customer service department. So, look fantastic, the clue is in the name …customer service. Your customers’ deserve some!!

I placed an order 8 days ago. It still has not been dispatched. I have sent a few emails which haven’t addressed any of my queries-just a generic response to say they are working on it. Very poor customer service-I won’t be ordering from them again

I spent nearly £90 on Estee Lauder products so that I could get the complement Estee Lauder cream. At first, they shipped another brand to me. Then I returned these wrong items to them and they sent me replacement. Then there was missing items. They posted the complement cream via Royal Mail. However, there was no attempt to deliver on tracking history at all. It went back to their warehouse instead. Now I have been messaging them and ask them to send a replacement down. First they said they couldn't do that. Then I had to contact them again, they said there was none in stock. Third time they said, your item was delivered. I literally got an email from them saying that the cream was returned to them. At this rate, I think they just don't want to send me the item. SCAM!!!!

Absolutely the worst online service ever. Waited over two weeks for my order, then only received two items - still chasing for remainder of my order. Emailed and just a generic response with no explanation. Tried phoning and nobody answers the phone. Will never use this company again!

Haven't received my order after 2 WEEKS. If you are ordering something you need less than month from now, don't order from here!!!Their customer service is the worst with no intention to refund your money.Avoid at all cost!!!!

Hi, delivery took two days longer. But everything was delivered. No issues what's so ever. Messeged them on Facebook about my order and they messeged me back. Good service

Took bit longer than normal to deliver but got emails to say it had been delayed n then email to say processed and was delivered by Hermes a day earlier than they advised

I will never order from the company again. I am waiting 5 weeks for an order that was to deliver in 3 days. The worst online service of any online company I have ever received. Please avoid at all costs they are holding onto £75 worth of orders. I've requested they cancel the order but still no reply. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered several items for next day delivery. This was over a week ago. The payment has been taken and everything is still showing as processing. It is impossible to get updates or speak to anyone. It seems this is a major issue with Look Fantastic over the last few weeks. Customer service give vague, reworded and generic responses with no actual answer as to when an order will be sent. This is very poor service which should rate 0, however I can only rate as low as 1.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Worst customer service of all time. They have conveniently made live chat unavailable too. I ordered on Black Friday with estimated delivery for 6th December . I still haven't received the order

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! I ordered on 26/11/2021, for 3 days delivery. It’s now 10/12/2021 and nothing. No response to any enquiries. Dreadful! I really wish I had read the reviews posted on here, they’re worse than I thought!

Worst customer service of all time. They have conveniently made live chat unavailable too. I ordered on Nov 25th with estimated delivery for December 7th. I still haven't received the order and am now being told that it may take 21 days. Ridiculous. Very unhelpful. Baffling considering so many influencers are plugging this company.

I ordered several items on Black Friday but just received two of them. I think this company should just post what they really have in stock on their app or website. Then luckily the first time that I can cancel the rest of the order. But I was so naive to trust this company and then i ordered something different. Basically, I have been waiting for another week. WHat's worse is that, this time I couldn't even cancel the order. I would never ever use their service again any longer. I hope more people can know about their business tricks and be aware.
