I contacted Look Fantastic to return an item I had purchased, and request a refund. They sent me out a returns label (two different ones! So, that was the first confusion.. But we eventually got around that) I packaged up my item, and on April 18th, returned it via Royal Mail tracked post. I kept my receipt as proof of postage. One week later, I'd heard nothing to contacted them via Whatsapp to chase up the return/refund (another frustration - there is no email or phone number! Only customer service via WhatsApp!) They asked me to provide proof of postage so I sent them the photo of my reciept/certificate of postage. On the 24th April, someone advised me on WhatsApp that they had not yet received my parcel. Yet today (29th April), a courier has just arrived at my house and REDELIVERED THE SAME ITEM to me?!!! Look Fantastic had CLEARLY received the item as it had been unpacked and reboxed for sending BACK OUT to me?! Yet I have received nothing from them to explain WHY the item has been sent back out to me?! Furious! (Not to mention that in the current Covid 19 lockdown, it is not ideal to have to make return trips to post offices where there are long queues etc) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Shocking customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. You’ll be waiting 3 weeks for delivery with no updates whatsoever. You’ll email them and hear no response. Eventually you’ll either need to contact your bank and get your refund or if you get lucky the live chat will work for once and they *might* be able to do it for you then. No thanks.

Early Monday morning i decided to cancel an order I placed late the Sunday night before, (which their refund policy states you are well within your rights to do) and logged the cancellation with their message center, only to be ignored, marked as "completed" with no resolution, and sent an automated email telling me a cancellation could not be made as the order had already been processed to be sent out. At first i was half impressed that they were so quick to turn around their orders, however, I have only just this morning, Thursday, received the dispatch email, meaning this order could have very easily been cancelled should one of their team been bothered to help, and not fob me off with essentially a lie. I now have to go through the long winded process of returning the the order at my expense for the postage, because they don't offer free returns, despite having requested a cancellation almost immediately and three days before the item was dispatched.

I didn’t receive my order yet. Placed the order on the 13th April, 2020. The estimated delivery ends today (29th April). The customer service responded that the Items are in Moving Status but I was asked to wait for one month and email them back if I don’t receive my orders. I have spent much in my orders and worried if they are really fraud.

Lately their shipping has been really slow but eventually gets here.. for my case after 24 days . Not a scam website but not very responsive and flawed.. good price and good brand choices.

Very quick to take your money but do not deliver your goods. Appalling customer service and impossible to find out how to get your money back. I strongly advise that you do not use this company. Read the reviews too. I wish I had before spending money on this shameful company.

Really difficulty in trying to get money back for items not delivered - standard response is that they will look into it and get back within 24 hours. They reply they are "looking into it" Items of value to nearly £200 never arrived and they seem to be taking ages following this up with delivery service

I ordered online through Look Fantastic here in Australia. Im not sure where everyone else who had problems and gave reviews purchased theirs from, but I cannot fault them! I ordered Monday morning and received it the very next day. I got everything that I ordered, along with the free gift. So very happy with the Australian service.

Worst company ever! I order 17 March, today 28 April nothing arrive yet. Customer service is bullshit- you can't call them, can't even chat. Looks like all this company is scam.

Fraud, bait and switch advertising and pricing. Do not buy anything! They do not refund, provide any assistance at all, and steal money from honest customers. I filed a complaint with the brand I purchased, the Federal Trade Commission, Rakuten, and local business associations where they operate in the US. DO NOT BE FOOLED! STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SHITTY COMPANY. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered over a month ago and until now nothing arrived. Customer service sucks and they just keep ask me to wait for 30 days! I’m a first time customer and never ever ever gonna use this website ever again.

They are the worst ever! Please, don't buy from them! I paid for express delivery and my order has been (just dispatched) for three weeks now! The website mentioned that they will deliver in 3-5 working days! It's hard to reach any of the customer's services agents as the only possible way is through their website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am a long time consumer of lookfantastic, sometimes ordering up 250 euros in products. My most recent order had these two items half used and I complained to look fantastic and in return they offered 25 euros as a refund. They have become so unprofessional to sell used products and refund a tiny fraction of what I paid - they have been thieves! Beware you will not be helped - you do not want to spend good money here and receive used products, do you? They are stealing from you!

Most recent purchase took much longer to be delivered but when it did arrive the “free gift” was not included. I disputed this with customer services but they said the free gift was not ordered (even though it was in my basket) and so they would not fulfil it. Customer services were very unhelpful and this experience has certainly put me off ordering again from them.

Money has been taken from my account and there is no record of the order. I have contacted look fantastic and they are making it very difficult to refund the money. I am so annoyed that a company take take money from you like this

AWFUL AWFULcompany! The customer service is absolutely useless, it takes them hours and hours to reply, they send you the same question: “how can we help you today “ even you had previously explained about the problem you had with the products. All the people who complained about this Lookfantastic company are right. The Lookfantastic sends expired products. See my photo of the damaged products. I will never never never use this company again.
