“Have ordered from look fantastic in the past never had a problem until now placed an order last week was told it would be here by Friday or Saturday received an email Saturday saying it was delayed surely they know why this order was for nearly £100 won't be ordering from them again”

“I used to love the site and spent over 1000 Euros on it. It used to be safe and reliable, with a wide range of products, great price discounts, and delivery within the time frame it gave me. But since February, the site seems to have changed, and like most of the comments, I've had the same problem. I've also noticed that the comments are from within the last few weeks, and some of the earlier comments were positive. I think maybe the change of the website is related to the change of the relationship between the UK and the EU, or maybe the management or senior management of the website has changed a lot. In the end, I decided to give 3 stars, 2 stars for my former favorite LF, and 1 heart for my hope that the website could be restored to former🥺”

“From the reviews, I see that LookFantastic is a hit-or-miss type of company. They have a good product selection, but I'm disappointed in the delivery service. Every single item came separately within one month. I tried to cancel a few products because an estimated time of delivery was after 6 months(bizarre IMO), but their automatic cancellation system didn't work, so I made a direct request. They responded really quickly(within 24 hours) and their explanation was that there was a surge in demand for those particular products. That's OK, this happens, but then they were able to send the products much faster, so that was weird. I'm glad that I received the products finally and the quality is good, but I would not purchase again from them.”

“I have been using this site for over a year now and I always received my order within 3 days in Ireland. I was always satisfied. This time I ordered in early January and nothing arrived. I believe Irish customers may not get the service now due to difficulties in Britain due to Brexit. I would be reluctant to order again. I have had no satisfaction. I think many companies in the U.K may change now. .ie does not mean its coming from Ireland. Such a pity because this company was reliable but I am not sure now after this experience. No sign of my order or an offer of my €50 back fir my shampoo.”

“Good offers, but costumer service very bad, you can’t returns your goods uncles you contact them first and wait 3 days to reply, although they said 24hrs, then you have to print labels and send it, and pay for return, and if they didn’t it’s not there problem!!!!”

“I ordered a few things from them without checking internet reviews...soon I thought I was scammed when did not arrive and they reply was to wait for a month... truth be told, after a month they offered a refund and in 48hrs this was done... however products never arrived to Hong Kong.”

“I have been trying to contact Lookfantastic by email, what a nightmare, why can't you contact their customer services direct? After watching a tv programme about counterfeit on line beauty goods that have caused serious allergies and possibly life threatening ,I wanted lookfantastic to confirm their goods were 100% genuine, I ordered a Molton Brown gift for a friend, now I am not so sure as I have had no answer from them, where exactly are my emails are going to! I feel now I do not want to send this gift to my friend, I am so worried that it's not the genuine item! Why can't their customer services answer me, if they really exist at all. Because of their lack of cooperation in this matter, I would not be using them again, I think that I possibly know the answer.”
