“THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING HIGH VALUE ITEMS This item was defective after a couple of months. Returned to LF in March and have a Fedex proof of receipt by LF on 15 March. Two months later, this return is still pending. LF has informed me that they cannot locate the returned item in their warehouse and they need to do a manual search. I have sent numerous reminders and been told the same thing: the warehouse has not responded. I have a proof of receipt so the fact they cannot locate the item is irrelevant but they refuse to give me a refund. Especially stressful as it is in relation to a high value product. I have stopped purchasing from LF and will inform my friends and followers of this experience. I will also stop purchasing from Cult Beauty and HQ Hair as they are all owned by THG, the parent company of LF,”

“Took bit longer than normal to deliver but got emails to say it had been delayed n then email to say processed and was delivered by Hermes a day earlier than they advised”

“I don't normally leave reviews but felt I should for the sake of the company and for anyone thinking about ordering from them. I placed an order on the 12th of October and it arrived today the 28th qnd although it was longer than the estimated delivery time I was able to track my parcel through the whole journey and customer services were very prompt in getting back to any enquiry I made regarding the delay. With the current brexit situation I anticipated a delay and I don't think the company deserves some of the harsh reviews it has. If you aren't in a rush for your order (mine is a Christmas present) just expect a 2-3 week wait. I would definitely order from them again. I am based in Dublin.”

“Very good service I bought product in London n got on time and my mom order from India although she didn't got package till 1 month but look fantastic refund all money after a month of wait... Make sure u read all term n conditions before buying if u buying outside UK.... m happy with customer service 😊”

“I’m very happy with this company. I ordered Olaplex no.3 from their site on the 13th of December andI received it yesterday, it was only a few days late. Considering the fact that it’s so close to Christmas I was very happy with this. very good customer service too. I love the product too and I will definitely be purchasing again!”

“Ordered an eyeshadow palette and a brush, I waited for 3 months and it still didn't come, so I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and offer me a refund. Luckily, my makeup came just when I was about to accept the refund. It came in great quality! Shipping time was a bit long but it makes sense because there was only shipping by sea since corona blocked air shipping. This is genuine. Great website and nice products!”

“I ordered some bits of makeup from look fantastic and qualified for next day delivery for free and although it took longer than expected my parcel did arrive fairly quickly with the order being correct. I read these reviews just after ordering and it really panicked me but turns out I didn’t need to be!”

“Never had an issue. Ordered from here 3x in last 3 months and all orders have arrived straight away. One order was a bit delayed however they emailed me first saying we noticed your order has not been dispatched and we are looking into this for you. The next day I received a further email saying it has now been dispatched so no worries. They always use tracked delivery - twice Hermes and once Royal Mail. However I have seen some comments after having ordered 3x that the customer service is rubbish. I've never had any contact with the company after purchasing so I cannot comment on this however after having read a lot of these comments where people have had a bad experience I.e. post not arriving and not receiving a good customer service,I am hesitant to order from them again. However I have had a positive experience all 3x I have ordered.”

“Company is good, but delivery is bad because it's not Royal mail and it's not Dpd or parcel force. It's Hermes really worst couriers. They are faking signatures and they not posting online that parcel was left with neighbour. You will be lucky if you will find a card left.. For a company I would recommend to change them to someone else better.”
