Absolutely shocking company, booked my car parking for going on holiday got to the parking at PremiAir parking to be told my car hasn’t been booked in and looking 4 parking have no right to go through us for parking. Very annoyed no one answers phone and can’t get my refund. Very annoyed

Looking4parking absolute joke, parking booked and paid for tried to amend after Thomas Cook collapse and No one answer phone, no live chat and No reply to the numerous emails sent. Stay clear no customer service and now I have no parking either after rescheduling our holiday. It's good to see that you are also lining your own pocket from people who are in devastation at losing their holidays and having to wait for refunds or pulling out double the price to book an alternative. Looking4parking not helpful at all 🤬

This is the 9th time in less than 3 years that we have used Looking4Parking Valet Meet and Greet Services at Birmingham Airport, and once again 5 stars all round from the fabulous customer service, always helpful, polite and well presented no matter what the time of day/ night of the year and always greeted with smiles, regardless of the British Weather and more importantly our vehicle returned promptly after landing and perfectly on every occasion. On our last 2 trips due to unforeseen circumstances, down to our unintended overstay overseas they also offered us very reasonable additional daily rate costings on our overstay as we notified them at our very earliest convenience, and the pick up service was still great. Another added bonus is your car is always warm, and drip and frost free for those late night returns, or UK winter climate return homeward bound journeys, always a bonus. Would certainly highly recommend, and will most definitely be booking with them again in December 2019. Many thanks to all the Looking4Parking Team, much appreciated. Kevin Rogers. Staffordshire.

Arrived to find drop off point fenced off,no one around to find out where we should go,drove round and round trying to find someone,ended up calling a number, this was a pre recorded message saying leave a message,eventually got a call back to say we should have been informed we had been moved to fast park,despite contacting them weeks earlier to give registration of my new car system did not recognise the reg,obviously nobody had bothered to change it,would neither use again nor recommend, AVOID,AVOID, AVOID

avoid at any cost. the crappy website charged me twice for the booking. Customer service line isn't responding and live chat out of operations. the company is only after your money, no customer service at all

booked through these for parking at Nottingham East Midlands. Thomas Cook have gone bust and we lost our holiday. Tried and tried to contact them regarding a refund and all e-mails get returned, the phone number I was given is not in use and the airport don't want to help. What a rip off

We booked meet and greet and took our car to the Car park then walked to the airport in coming back we rang after we had luggage took 15 minutes and 7 calls to get an answer told car would be there in 30 minutes it took 90 minutes to get me car back staff in the car park said not their problem it took so long one I think was called tony very rude and intimidating kept kicking the posts and the walls . We was shattered after a long flight and we really didn’t expect this service well indeed there wasn’t a service. They also did 30 miles in our car while they had it ., please avoid this as you will wait for ages there was a lot of disgruntled passengers waiting and Their staff were just standing in the car Park smoking .

This is the worst company to use. Driver is rude upon collection. Dressed casually. Refused to bring the car early as booked the return for 5pm and flight arrived at 3. Had to get an uber to the car park to collect my own vehicle. Utter disgrace

I just had to bring to your attention problems at Toad parking. I arrived back in the UK Thursday 12th September. After waiting 25mins for a bus we arrived on the road to the car park where we had to leave the bus and walk to the reception some 300yds in the rain. At the reception there was a number of people queuing and people complaining about cars not found and blocked in. After about 1hr 15 mins I finally got my car. It was total chaos and a experience I don’t want to repeat. Iam going away again in about 5wks and will be looking carefully about car parking.My car park reference number was L4P-1-3450594

On my departure date, I called half an hour before arrival. Got to the airport and almost missed my flight as no one was there to take my car for almost one hour. The company is made up of cowboys. No presence or desk in the airport like other off site car park operators. Upon arrival , they refused to bring my car because I arrived too early. They charged me £15 more even though they have my flight number on my booking. They did not compensate me that there was no one to take my car off me for so long on my departure date.The customer service is woeful. The girl threatened to charge me more because I promised to give a review. The company should be avoided as they are made up of rude and dishonest and I can’t imagine where my car has been in their custody. The management should listen to the tape recording of the despicable and unprofessional language their call handler used with me when I called them at 8:36am. This company shouldn’t be trading in the UK.

Do not use this company. Their customer service is woeful. Lying to us down the phone to us. Taking 2 hours to deliver the car. When the car arrived it was covered in mud. Do not use this service - one star is not even justified.

Warning. This company offers parking far away from airports. Pay the extra and park at the airport. Terrible experience, almost missing our flight. Do not use.

They do not say at check out that they are a foreign company and so your bank charges you a foreign fee. They know that and make mention that they are in the UK right at the bottom of their footer on their website but doesn't warn you about foreign fees that banks could and do charge. I was an Australian using their services in Australia. They are less than upfront and I wont be using them again. They wouldn't even refund the foreign fees!

The contract I had was suspended and could not confirm whether a new contract would be in place. If this was case it would be cancelled and up to me to rebook at my expense. So not wanting to leave to last minute cancelled and awaiting refund (hopefully). The say contract is with car park I think booking is with L4P. Also no one answers the phone once you have found phone number. Had to use Live Chat. Another company used earlier this year contacted us and rebooked for us another car park at no cost to ourselves. I have cancelled and rebooked elsewhere but cost me extra £40. I wish I had read all these reviews before booking!!!!

Booked meet and greet months in advance. But due to bad publicity at present for this type of parking contacted L4P as concerned as contracts with providers had been cancelled. Wanted to change booking to just a car park. They would not do that, even though I had a flexi booking. Company policy was that I had to wait and see as a new contract might be issued. If not booking would be cancelled refund made and I would need to find another booking myself. My booking is with L4P and feel they should deal with this, but told it is the car park that booking is with. Waiting until last minute is not really an option. I might add that similar happened with another company who cancelled and rebooked me at no cost!!! I cancelled and rebooked with another company but cost me extra £40!!! This is not good customer service. Also I could not get an answer on the phone either and had to use Live chat. Now waiting for refund - which the have taken booking cancelation fee from!

Totally disappointed, I booked from Stansted 14-21 June, to be fair I was running late going out, so I didn't mind the half hour wait for the car to be picked up, but on my return, after I rang as per guidelines and when the car was not there after 20 mins, I called and was told I wasn't on the list, that they did not have a car for Clarke, so hadn't dispatched it, even though I clearly stated my full name when I first called, in fact they asked spelling of surname??? not happy and said as much, waited a further 10 mins and had to called again, was told car would be their within 2mins, waited another 10 mins for car to arrive, so almost a 40min wait - absolute joke, am sure operates did it on purpose because I was snotty with them, will never use service again

I was fuming after 3 lovely days in palma when returning to Newcastle airport having paid upfront for parking I couldn’t get out of car park , went in ticket office to be told the booking was for Newcastle Australia, which was ridiculous , I had put in my flight details so why was this allowed to happen , I had to pay another £39.90 to get out of car park , so the £27 I paid to looking4parking was for nothing , would not recommend!!
