As with all the other bad reviews I will not be using them again. No option of a refund or amendment during these difficult times with the coronavirus. Through no fault of my own I feel as though I have been robbed.

Used them many times before but disappointed at their current stance. I offered to leave my monies with until my next booking as my flight was cancelled but they made me cancel and pocketed £11 of mine in the process. Surely in business terms they would have been better giving credit vouchers and keeping money in the pot but opted for a quick few thousand £11 pounders.

Used them for meet and greet at Birmingham Airport on 9th March. We were emergency repatriated from Spain due to corona virus early and contacted them to let them know straight away as we were traveling home the next day and they said it was not a problem. Followed instructions when back in Birmingham Airport and went to pick up point to find that our car had been stolen. They even, using the very mobile phone number that is given to contact them, phoned me on 4 occasions to take the wet. All info passed on to Police. Do not use

Had to cancel due to Coronavirus situation and they have deducted £9.50 CANCELLATION fee. An absolute disgrace. Should have they’re knuckles wrapped.

I spent the whole day trying to call this company and make an amendment to my booking but none answered. Terrible service.

we 'were' going to fly from Luton to Krakow out on 29 March and back on 6 April. went through Looking4Parking - they were not the cheapest, upper middle range. Paid £47.84 (not cheap) because of health concerns - wife had recently suffered Sepsis and with this Covid19 thought best. cancelled our flight. Have been reimbursed for hotels in Krakow, Wrocklaw. BUT seems I did not read 'THE SMALL PRINT' it's after sat nav, From M1 and additional info 7th line down small print "this booking cannot be cancelled.... Bloody rip off. £47

Absolutely terrible...They were not there to collect my car, waited 10 minutes, and a guy turned up in jeans and Jacket. No uniform or ID, just a piece of paper with my name on and car details! On returning to T5 Heathrow called them, as per their instructions, 15 mins before but ended up waiting 1 hour for the car to be returned! Struggled to contact them, just a nightmare. Just another guy in jeans and jacket returning the car (no uniform) gave me the keys (no apology, he didn’t care) and left quickly. On getting in the car I instantly knew that something wasn’t right (although managed to get home) took to the garage the following day and the spring and ball joint were smashed to pieces costing me £150.00! DONT NOT USE THEM THEY ARE COWBOYS.

Had the worst experience of my life could not believe being being subjected to racial abuse for booking for a service with my money and being denied the service at Heathrow T4 when I arrived to drop of my car I was asked to pay an extra £15 I cash when I asked why I was hurled racial language and they refused to take my car ; had it not have been to the helpful staff at Heathrow T4 I would have missed my flight and they even said I was one of many suffering the same. I recommend never to use them.

When arrived at heathrow phomed when told to in advance . Couldnt find our booking had to phone twice more waited 45 minutes for meet and greet. Would not recommend as we paid extra for this. Also on return phoned in ample time had to wait a further 30 minutes for car to be returned. Whole point meet and greet is they are there ready. Totally disappointed would not recommend paying for meet and greet

L4P-1-3950812 Bad experience with their park and ride service on my return to UK on 25/02/2020. I rang their contact number several times with no response. I felt tired or ringing them and I decided to use Uber from Heathrow terminal 2 to their office and I was charged £25.26 On my arrival at their office. The guy at the reception told yeah their contact number has changed and a text was sent out to notify all customers which I did not received. I spoke their manager which she mentioned her name as (Kan). She promised to refund the money I paid for Uber and requested that I should emailed her Uber receipt which I did as soon as I received it via email. After I left their office then someone from their office started sending some text messages of changes to their contact number as claimed earlier. I emailed Kan and sent messages to them on 26/02/2020 and no one has respond and kept silent. I realised that this people are not capable and not up to standard enough to provide services they charged me for and people should be very careful and consider use another company instead of Airtime parking .

I booked a park and ride with looking4parking. On the dropped off date 18/02/2020 at 03:00am I struggled to find their location as it was hidden. I found 1 staff around 0:400am and he completed the paperwork and dropped me off at Heathrow terminal 2. On my return date on 25/02/2020 I followed the instruction as stated on the email and advised by the driver who dropped me off and I rang their contact number several times, the landline was busy throughout and the mobile number was rang several times no answer and eventually someone answered but kept silent and after few seconds cut it off. I was pacing up and down the airport with no other means to contact Airtime parking then I decided to book Uber and Uber driver drove me to their office and I was charged £25.26 When I arrived, I met a staff at the reception desk and demonstrated my frustration due to stress I went through to reach their office which they failed to provide. He replied that one of their sent out text message which I did not receive advising clients about changes to their contact number. Then he advised me to call their manager and I rang the same mobile number I was rang when I was at the airport and I spoke to a lady called herself (Kan) and she promised to reimbursed my extra charge for using Uber driver as it was their fault. I took my car key and I left their office. Some minutes later I started receiving their initial claimed text of contact number change. Later on that day 25/02/2020 I emailed, texted her and she has not replied as she promised. It seems she offered me the promising statement so that I can leave their office so that other incoming customer will not be aware of the negative experience I had with Airtime parking. Please be very careful and think twice before you use Airtime parking. I will never use them again and will never recommend.

DO NOT USE. Waited 2 hours for pick up. calls saying they would be there in 10 minutes or no answer at all. Had to pay for an £24 uber to the compound. No reply to emails and useless on phone compensation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I made a booking which clearly said on the confirmation that amendments were possible. When I tried to make an amendment however I could not. They said it was a 'fixed' booking, even thought I sent them through a copy of the confirmation they sent to me, which showed that amendments could be made!!! They would not change from this - to nowhere. I will never use this rip-off company again. They obviously make their money in a fraudulent way? They charge you more for being able to make amendments and then book with NCP etc on a different basis? Not good at all........

I am disgusted with this company I am disgusted with this company. After having to cancel our holiday due to a serious illness I tried to cancel the parking for which I had paid extra in case of cancellation. When I tried to cancel the parking online the system refused to continue due to a 48 hour restriction prior to parking. I called looking4parking who refused to refund me even a part payment as I was 4 hours into the 48 hour deadline therefore 44 hours before I was to park up. As it happens I would have been parking somewhat later anyway as our journey to Stanstead was long distance so I allowed for motoway delays. The lady I spoke to offered to send me a document for holiday insurance purposes which would have been of little use due to an ongoing illness. This representitive did not send me this document anyway! Also adding insult to injury the parking hasn't even been cancelled so their excuse being unable to offer parking to someone else is invalid. It's bad enough when your family has to lose their holiday through serious illness but to be treated with so much disrespect when extra has already been paid in case of cancellation is hurtful and insulting. Oh maybe I should have read the small print! Enough said!
