Birmingham airport lost my mums car keys so had no way of getting home after her holiday. They then promised to reimburse the fuel for someone to bring the spare key. Received absolutely nothing!! Disgusting.”

I was met with an extremely rude man at reception in the ACORN HOTEL LODGE AIRPORT PARKING. my husband and I almost missed our flight, and when we got back,I noticed my car has been vandalised, some of the letters of the make of the vehicle has been removed, there was two scratches that was not on my car before i dropped it and the foot mat was completely dirty as opposed the condition the car was when i dropped it.”

I made a reservation on their website but on the side the parking refused tithe price. At the end I need to pay $60 extra. Looking4parking didn’t refund it!!!!”
“Booked Meet and Greet at Manchester airport. Arrival pick up just ok but on return, Meet and Greet service cancelled! Waited over 1 hour in cold for minibus to arrive to collect and transfer to compound. Told to go and find my own car . It had 15 additional miles, no explanation given. Drove 100metres out of compound and discovered totally flat damaged tyre! Phoned the compound, told there was nothing they could do, just write and complain. Left on the side of the road with my 71 year old husband changing the tyre. Had to take to garage and purchase new one. Garage confirmed it had been driven whilst damaged. In all 4 hour delay in setting off home in what should have been a meet and greet service.
Contacted Looking4 and directed back to service provider . Wouldn’t answer questions regarding, booking site accuracy and service provider standards, just didn’t want to know.
Please do not use this booking agent. Pay the extra and use the airport car parking facilities, it’s really not worth the hassle.”
“Looking4parking couldn’t be bothered to reply to my emails or explain why they wanted to change my booking to meet and greet which I declined twice maybe Wcp Bristol should also accept some blame also because I had used them just 4 weeks earlier and nothing was said about shuttle service being cancelled so when I turned up only to be told they couldn’t get insurance for minibuses I was sceptical about insurance cover to drive private cars around Bristol so I went to long stay car park at Bristol and paid up in full will not knowingly book with this company in future”
“Company couldn’t be bothered to reply my emails which I stated that I didn’t want the free meet and greet upgrade didn’t find out until I arrived at WCP Bristol on morning of departure that shuttle bus service had ceased went to Bristol airport long stay parked and payed fees will not knowingly use looking4 parking on any future hols.used same company 4weeks earlier had a discount code card for future use not one mention about changes to service”

Drop off was easy although the guy I handed the keys to was barely coherent.
Called the number and arrived, told me car was here. I immediately noticed the car looked like it had been cross country! The wheels and tyres were filthy as though it had been off road. The break pedal was dirty and the car had been left in ‘Sports’ mode with the seat adjusted for the ‘Boy Racer’ look, lying almost on my back!!
Goodness knows where it’s been. I asked and I got the usual ‘shrug of shoulders couldn’t care less attitude!!’
I’ll not be using again!

Almost miss my fly because of this useless people. Wrong address and called the number given to explain how to get to the car park, the stupid lady was sleeping and telling me the postcode was correct. Delay in coming to get the car and very rude.”

I’ve tried all ways to get my car sorted but gatwick 24/7 meet and greet don’t reply to emails from me or looking4parking they fail to answer calls or just hang up, looking4parking sold this yet say it’s nothing to do with them,
Make sure you check reviews of the company that’s recommended before you purchase or you could end up with a damaged car with nobody taking responsibility for it!
Your better off booking on site parking yourself to save the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.”
“Unfortunately I booked through these and the company that was on the website Gatwick 24/7 meet and greet were late meeting on arrival, late meeting on our return as well as having damage to my car, I was told by the driver to contact the office through email, no response, failed to answer phone calls and when they did they was rude and hung up, looking4parking emailed these yet still no response, as a company who recommended services from others you would a least think they had some control over which businesses they Use to sell the services of!
Although they have forwarded my emails to to company Gatwick 24/7 meet and greet it’s of no use as they still ignore everything, just beware who your booking with before hand, check the company first before purchasing or you could end up like me with a damaged car who nobody will take responsibility for the damage!”
“Booked online. Turned up at the car parked address in Luton. No car park! Did not exist. Neighbouring business said we weren’t the first ones to be conned that week. Do not use!”

So imagine the distress in the morning looking for the car park.
Apparently they changed recently and did not even change it on the info sent to the customers.”
“Wish I had read the reviews before booking. Called as requested when we collected our luggage, got cut off twice and once we got through they said that the car would be at the collection point in 30 mins - it wasn't! we waited 45mins for the car. Got our car at 4am and then got a text at 11.07am to say welcome back and call them when we cleared customs to collect our car. Meet and Greet! what a laugh! I will never use them again.”

Steer clear of this company, shocking service, exceptionally poor customer service, abusive staff and mistreatment of vehicle.
It took nearly 3 hours to get my car back after I had collected my luggage, the car was filthy inside and out. All the settings in the vehicle had been tampered with and there was an additional 32 miles on the clock.
STILL WAITING FOR AN EXPLANATION”

The GPS address wasn’t correct, I called for the parking, nobody spoke English and couldn’t park my car.
After that, I make a complain to get a refund and they said to me that I had to resolve the situation with the parking company.
This answer demonstrates the quality of their service.”
“Do not use looking4 they are just a booking agent and when anything goes wrong their customer service is appalling, they do not answer phones any time of the day and their live chat is never live. I have lost the £70 that. I paid to them. I will never book with them again. Pay a few pounds extra and book direct with the airport or a company who cares about its customers. 1 star is too much but only option I had”

On our return from our holiday
We called the number provided as soon as we had collected our luggage, the first time we called they cancelled the call, the second time we called we had to clarify information previously confirmed when the booking was made.
After waiting at the pick up point for around 45 mins and several calls later , the driver arrived without any vehicle, and tried to tell us that a car that was previously parked there was our car which was the wrong make and model.The drive was very abusive towards us . The police were involved in this matter to obtain getting our vehicle back.
This company should not be allowed to trade . This was quite a upsetting and frightening experience.
This issue needs to be addressed, for the benefit of existing and new customers.”
