“Unfortunately I booked through these and the company that was on the website Gatwick 24/7 meet and greet were late meeting on arrival, late meeting on our return as well as having damage to my car, I was told by the driver to contact the office through email, no response, failed to answer phone calls and when they did they was rude and hung up, looking4parking emailed these yet still no response, as a company who recommended services from others you would a least think they had some control over which businesses they Use to sell the services of!
Although they have forwarded my emails to to company Gatwick 24/7 meet and greet it’s of no use as they still ignore everything, just beware who your booking with before hand, check the company first before purchasing or you could end up like me with a damaged car who nobody will take responsibility for the damage!”

Called as requested when we collected our luggage, got cut off twice and once we got through they said that the car would be at the collection point in 30 mins - it wasn't! we waited 45mins for the car. Got our car at 4am and then got a text at 11.07am to say welcome back and call them when we cleared customs to collect our car. Meet and Greet! what a laugh! I will never use them again.”

Steer clear of this company, shocking service, exceptionally poor customer service, abusive staff and mistreatment of vehicle.
It took nearly 3 hours to get my car back after I had collected my luggage, the car was filthy inside and out. All the settings in the vehicle had been tampered with and there was an additional 32 miles on the clock.

The GPS address wasn’t correct, I called for the parking, nobody spoke English and couldn’t park my car.
After that, I make a complain to get a refund and they said to me that I had to resolve the situation with the parking company.

“Do not use looking4 they are just a booking agent and when anything goes wrong their customer service is appalling, they do not answer phones any time of the day and their live chat is never live. I have lost the £70 that. I paid to them. I will never book with them again. Pay a few pounds extra and book direct with the airport or a company who cares about its customers. 1 star is too much but only option I had”

On our return from our holiday
We called the number provided as soon as we had collected our luggage, the first time we called they cancelled the call, the second time we called we had to clarify information previously confirmed when the booking was made.
After waiting at the pick up point for around 45 mins and several calls later , the driver arrived without any vehicle, and tried to tell us that a car that was previously parked there was our car which was the wrong make and model.The drive was very abusive towards us . The police were involved in this matter to obtain getting our vehicle back.
This company should not be allowed to trade . This was quite a upsetting and frightening experience.
This issue needs to be addressed, for the benefit of existing and new customers.”
“Absolutely shocking company, booked my car parking for going on holiday got to the parking at PremiAir parking to be told my car hasn’t been booked in and looking 4 parking have no right to go through us for parking. Very annoyed no one answers phone and can’t get my refund. Very annoyed”

Stay clear no customer service and now I have no parking either after rescheduling our holiday. “We booked meet and greet and took our car to the Car park then walked to the airport in coming back we rang after we had luggage took 15 minutes and 7 calls to get an answer told car would be there in 30 minutes it took 90 minutes to get me car back staff in the car park said not their problem it took so long one I think was called tony very rude and intimidating kept kicking the posts and the walls . We was shattered after a long flight and we really didn’t expect this service well indeed there wasn’t a service. They also did 30 miles in our car while they had it ., please avoid this as you will wait for ages there was a lot of disgruntled passengers waiting and Their staff were just standing in the car Park smoking .”

“I just had to bring to your attention problems at Toad parking. I arrived back in the UK Thursday 12th September. After waiting 25mins for a bus we arrived on the road to the car park where we had to leave the bus and walk to the reception some 300yds in the rain. At the reception there was a number of people queuing and people complaining about cars not found and blocked in. After about 1hr 15 mins I finally got my car. It was total chaos and a experience I don’t want to repeat. Iam going away again in about 5wks and will be looking carefully about car parking.My car park reference number was L4P-1-3450594”
“On my departure date, I called half an hour before arrival. Got to the airport and almost missed my flight as no one was there to take my car for almost one hour. The company is made up of cowboys. No presence or desk in the airport like other off site car park operators. Upon arrival , they refused to bring my car because I arrived too early. They charged me £15 more even though they have my flight number on my booking. They did not compensate me that there was no one to take my car off me for so long on my departure date.The customer service is woeful. The girl threatened to charge me more because I promised to give a review. The company should be avoided as they are made up of rude and dishonest and I can’t imagine where my car has been in their custody. The management should listen to the tape recording of the despicable and unprofessional language their call handler used with me when I called them at 8:36am. This company shouldn’t be trading in the UK.”
