cool i did a mix up switching witch facebook acounts i didnt know i was getting a crate i got once and thought i was winning boxs untill i got a email on my old acount i emailed loootcrate ask to not use that email and to stop that crate they got back to way same day and stop it right away there starting to up there game thanks loot crate for the fast action

I ordered a crate for a gift. Still hasn’t shown up. There isn’t a telephone number to call and speak with anyone. Still trying to get my money back!

It took over 2 months for my order to arrive. When it finally arrived, I was charged C.O.D. for what they said was "customs fees", but the box was shipped to me using Canada Post??? I asked for proof that customs was paid on my behalf somewhere along they way, and they did not. I asked for my money back if I couldn't get a receipt proving customs was paid for me, and they would not. Canadian Consumers BEWARE! Additional fees at pick up. I never did get a refund but was offered a coupon code for my next purchase. There will never be another purchase. Terrible customer service!!! Do NOT buy from Loot Crate!

I ordered a box 3 months ago and it never delivered to my front door. I called customer service and the person was very mean and said that it was my fault.

Almost 1 year on a replacement crate. Still havent got it yet and I get a different excuse every month I ask about it.

Bought my first lootanime crate last year (2019) in December. It told me the delivery date was from the 25th to the 30th of that same month. After going over the date of the 30th the delivery date had switched to receiving it around January 20th. I was a little confused by this and contacted them before I bought the January crate. They told me that the date of crates can get pushed back sometimes. I didn't really mind the first crate it happens I guess. I then bought the January crate having confidence that they would fix the issue. Then the date of my December crate delivery date changed to march 6th.... and the date of the January crate I had bought also changed to march 6th. I went online and read some reviews about some people having the same problem and some people even having the issue up to 1 entire year. That is crazy! I think they are a bad business and care more about the money as they make promises that they struggle to keep. No one should be waiting an entire year for a product they expected to get within a month. Let alone 2 months for a product they should have gotten in a month. I recommend trying something different I am trying TheOtakuBox hopefully I will have different results then lootcrates shitty company. (STILL WAITING FOR THE CRATES I PAID FOR BTW)

I ordered a crate in early November. The crate was for a Christmas present and was scheduled for 18-24 of December. It is now February the 8th and I have not received any crate. The estimated delivery would just get put back a week every week, but currently now there is no shipment information at all. Over email I have only had automated unhelpful responses. Awful, I strongly urge people not to use loot crate

Horrible customer service. Still haven't gotten my order which I ordered from comic con. They keep changing the date and never answer you about a refund. They are a waste of time dont waste your money or your time ordering from them. You shipment never comes. Which I could give no stars

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Ordered a three month subscription in December for Dec, Jan Feb. It's 1/31 and nothing has shipped. I keep getting the 'it'll ship soon' nonsense from the company. Today via online chat I demanded a refund & cancelled the subscription.

It's been 8 months.... i've given up and written off the $100 I spent (which was supposed to be my brother's gift...) but I message once a month to check and they reply with the same sorry will get back to you asap.... these companies should burn to the ground with execs never getting another job with this horrendous service and lack of care.

Don't waste your money! I have been waiting for 6 MONTHS for my box to ship and nothing. They keep pushing back the date, no explain as to why, and they Erik not answer the questions that I gave sent to them many times now. The customer service is completely useless and terrible. They refuse to issue me a refund which i have asked for several times as it is obvious that they don't intend to actually ship what i paid for. Do NOT give these people your money!

Their product is terrible and late. Tried to cancel, couldn’t. They Somehow signed me up for another year without my permission. Fighting it unsuccessfully with my credit card company.

Specifically Loot Fright. The product is decent. I received some cool Trick 'r Treat items I really liked in my last box. It's definitely a good assortment of horror products. BUT (there's always a but), these guys are WAY behind. I paid for September's Box in August and received it at the end of December after being told I'd receive it in November (should have been September). It's the middle of January and I still haven't recieved November's box, which I paid for in October. They need to get it together. I just don't have the patience to wait for product I paid for months prior. You should never be charged for a second box until you've recieved your first box. If you're a patient horror genre fan, you'll enjoy this, but I am far too impatient for this service.
