I ordered a Crow movie crate in March 2021. They were supposed to ship not soon after that. It's now September, and after being reassured that it would be shipped mid to late August, I've given up hope. Never, ever buy from Loot Crate. They'll take your money and never deliver product.

This company is a scam and a joke. They have overstretched their capabilities. They used to be good several years ago with timely deliveries and decent items. This is no longer the case. They promise your delivery by a certain time, but it takes many months to receive it, if they are even able to fulfill the order. It took almost a year to receive a crate from them. There are never any refunds, even if they can’t deliver what you purchased. My guess is they can’t afford to give people refunds. Loot crate needs to go out of business. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LOOT CRATE!

Ordered a crate in March 2021 that was due to ship in April 2021, it’s now nearing the end of August and after months of many customer support emails all promising it would ship within 1-2 weeks it’s still not here and hasn’t even been processed, but I was charged. Haven’t been given a single reasonable excuse for this, bought this hoodie with the intention of wearing it this winter but spring starts in a week 😑 never buying from them again.

I received the first 2 boxes which I ordered when I started the subscription. After that, they charged me 3 times and I never received any merchandise. They never replied to my emails. I had to dispute the transactions and I won the dispute.

I was suppose to get my crate at the end of October but didn’t end up receiving my box till January the next year!! There were one or two quality items in my box, but I felt it was not worth $60. Will not order again!

I accidentally cancelled my subscription in May when I was trying to change my shirt size (which should be easier then it is. It took several emails to even get my shirt size changed) I was sent an email saying I had stopped my cancellation request. Never got my June box so I contacted them, I was told I was getting the June crate between June 28-July 12 so I waited still no June crate so I contacted again this time was told sorry it’s July so no more June crate and I wasn’t getting it. Even with screenshot proof of everything I just told you about. No offers for anything other then just sorry if I have any more questions contact customer service and my tickets were closed when I was still responding.

i ordered for an august crate, never shipped so i contacted and they said it would be november when it got here- they are awful would not recommend

Been waiting 5 months for a crate that still hasn't shipped. Constantly pushing back dates, but not giving ANY type of communication. I have to track any info down myself, which can be tedious on their trash site, since they bury any useful information. If you can wait half a year or more for what's more than likely going to be subpar, this service is for you

Took over 2 years to get one crate, couldn’t get a refund. Finally got “crate” today and all it had was 1 pin and 1 mug. Pathetic. Never ever order through them. Customer service is terrible and they obviously just rip you off.

Used this company in the past and I had a great experience with them back then. Something happened though because the customer service is polite but they do not solve the problem, in a word it's bad. I ordered a crate for December 2020, and it is mid-July 2021. The customer services reps keep telling me to wait a few more weeks, and then a few more, and so on. I don't think at this time I will receive my order. Will NEVER use them again.

This company is absolutely shameful. They took my daughter's money, but never mailed her the crate. It's been months! She ordered the crate in January of this year.. It's not July and she is still getting the run around. Now they are saying they gave her a refund but they was to an old credit card that is expired. When she told them that, they told her to talk to her bank.. Basically, it's not their problem that they are stealing people's money and not giving them their product. She still does not have her money! It's horrible business practices.

Loot crate was able to deliver only one (the first) of 12 the tshirts that were in the subscription. I requrested to cancel and refund, but apparently their support team doesn't care and keeps stalling, not refunding and not doing anything. The money (about 100$) are to be considered lost. I purchased a subscriptions years ago but apparently they changed ownership and since then it is completely messed up. Just DO NOT BUY from loot crate, chances of getting a lemon are really high and they won't help.

Changed my adress a month before they sent out my package and they still sent it to my old adress. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge that and keep giving me the run around even though I explained 5 times what happened. After I get my refund for my remaining box or it gets shipped to me, I will not order anything else from them. It's been a whole week and I still haven't been reimbursed for my missing package or another sent to me.

This company has been terrible to work with from the very start. I understand there was a pandemic but my order was placed in Dec 2020, after the postal service was up and running. It is now June 2021 and the Welcome Kit I was charged for and finally sent a tracking number for in Feb still has not arrived. I was told in March that it would be resolved and it still has not arrived. The other shipments were months late. It took days to get a response when I inquired and was simply told ‘we’re behind’. The welcome kit still hasn’t been received and I was now charged again for a membership renewal without my permission. This has been a terrible experience overall!

I applied for a job with Loot Crate and the initial interview went great. They told me I wouldn't find anything out till the following week but two weeks passed and no replay. I sent another follow up email and finally got a response that they were moving with other candidates that better suited the position. Which I get completely but why ghost me. Just tell me that I didn't get the job. Unprofessional.

I used to see a lot of great reviews on this website and ordered a crate a few years back for my brother, which was fine and contained some pretty nice stuff for the money it costed. With that knowledge, I ordered the March crate for Loot Anime, since I liked 2/4 of the animes in the crate. It's June 17, and I just got my crate, which arrived in a broken and battered box, barely holding one side of the box together. The crate itself only came with 5 items, and there is absolutely no way that those items would add up to 35 dollars worth. Honestly, I would even doubt that it adds up to 20 dollars worth. I could've probably ordered stuff from Japan and it would've arrived earlier and with better quality. Within the 5 items, it was about 1 item per anime: the shirt barely had anything to do with one of the animes, there was just a keychain for another one, a glasses holder (?) for the other one and the last anime had a shot glass and a pin. LootCrate needs to do better.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been billed for TWO boxes in a subscription now, and I have yet to see either of them. I placed my order in MARCH of 2021. It is now Mid June. I had originally sent a message to their customer service department about now receiving the first box, and they told me I would definitely get shipping notification by June 11th. It's June 16th, and still nothing. However, I WAS charged today for a second box, at a higher price. I am now trying to cancel my subscription and get these charges refunded, but since their response time for customer service is so abysmal, I doubt it will be fixed until next week. I wish I could speak to the actual products in the box, but turns out you have to actually ship that to people - not just take their money - for that to happen.

Poor customer service. Website has too many errors, when you try and change or correct information it goes to an error 404 page. Ordered 2 crates in February by may still hadn't got them, I had moved and update them with correct address. Items were still sent to wrong address. Contacted manager, she claimed to have corrected the address, waited another month and half for 3 crate replacements, still got sent to a wrong address. Claimed couldn't expedite crates, so finally asked for refund. Don't use them!
