Ordered a crate in February for something that looked interesting, they told me it was the march crate and since then I've sold my house, moved house and now moving country. It is now October 8 months after I purchased the crate and they are still saying it's coming soon when I email them, I have now had 3 delivery windows from them with the last one being August-september but still nothing in October

They didn’t deliver my order. Nearly 2 years have passed and they won’t refund either. Customer service is terrible and just gives the same canned response. I’m out nearly $400… I would skip this if I were you. Once they have your money they’ll string you along until after the chargeback period closes and then just ghost you entirely.

⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ Disgusted. Taken 9 months of payments for socks and not received any since Sept21 Emailed several times requesting goods or refund and then finally asked to cancel my subscription and was still taking money from my account and even putting their prices up without informing me. They have now finally stopped taking my money for 2 months but I’m still over £120 down. Used to receive their sock regularly for first 6 months but since Sept 2021 nothing 😡

I ordered the tiny Tina's wonderland loot box that was originally supposed to ship in April. It is now August and I have not received my product. I have been attempting to get a refund for about 3 months due to lack of product. The customer service I have received has been abysmal. They say they will work on a refund then I don't hear anything for a month, so I reach out again and get the same thing.

Was able to snag a Ted Lasso promo last August ('21). I had moved at the beginning of 2022 and updated my mailing address with Loot Crate. Nevertheless, when the crate finally shipped almost a full year later, they sent it to the wrong address. When I contacted UPS to update the delivery address, they said the shipper was the only one that could make that change. When I reached out to Loot Crate to have them correct their error, they said there was nothing they could do. Box ended up delivered to the residents of my old address and there's nothing I can do about it. At least I didn't pay for it... I feel for the folks who've actually lost money from this company.

Ordered a crate in March for my daughter's birthday, still have yet to see one crate. When talking to the customer service about when you'll get it, all we get is thanks for being patient. I'm about ready to start fighting for a refund (after reading previous reviews it sounds like a difficult process). We should have gone with a different company. It's very disappointing that my daughter has to wait on a birthday present because a company doesn't have their stuff together.

I payed for the 3 month subscription for the Harry Potter crate in March, and here we are in mid July and I still do not have it. I have contacted them several times through email and patiently waited. The most they did was send me a link to their site with a vague estimate (about a two month window) of when they were supposed to have the crate. when I would check back the next month, the estimate would just get pushed back. I finally requested a refund about a month ago, and they have done little to nothing to make that happen or even inform me of what is going on. Their customer service is terrible, and I am starting to believe this company is out to just scam and rob people. I wish I would have been able to use PayPal to pay so I could dispute this and have my money forcibly taken back. As cool as they crates look, don't give this company your money.

I have 3+ month wait on the socks crate. 7+ months on my fallout crates. I have almost paid a year and have only received a single fallout crate. You get 6 for the year. I am behind 4 months on my Marvel goods crate.

In May 2021, I prepaid a 12-month Loot Wear subscription as a birthday present for my fiancé. Only received 4 out of 12 t-shirts. The September shirt didn't ship until February 2022. Now the unfulfilled shipments for October 2021 - May 2022 all have a cancelled status. No refund has been issued. No communication from Loot Crate has been made regarding my order. I will never do business with them again and cannot strongly enough advise others to avoid purchases with Loot Crate.

Used to be a great company but when the new owners took over wow service is awful I recommend once upon a tee for you’re new shirts and gear I’ve waited 6 months for one hoody and it is just delay after delay and something tells me either I’ll Never get it or I’ll eventually get a wrong item and no refund. When you ask for a refund they just beat around the bush. I understand the whole covid affected shipping but I’ve gotten items from China faster than this it’s outrageous

My son paid 250 for a subscription I managed to catch it like a few days before they actually shipped anything requested a cancellation of membership and a refund someone under the alias Erwin answered and canceled the membership and said he would work on a refund for me but I never heard back from him or anyone else I’ve submitted multiple tickets trying to get an update on the refund no response before that tried several times to reach back out to Erwin and never received a response or refund it’s been over a month

I ordered a box in DECEMBER. I still haven't received it and have asked for a refund multiple times. They will not refund my money and then charged me again. I am now having my bank go after them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Biggest Scammers Ever! Paid for an item in March 2020. Never arrived, never sent. I’ve request refund. Never had money return after multiple requests. Don’t use. Scammers.

Loot crate used to be decent a few years back, but but the boxes I’ve received more recently seem cheap and there are two boxes I ordered last year that still aren’t here. I ordered a series crate in June 2021 and it was supposed to ship a little bit later, then I saw a charge for the second box on my card and realized I never got the first one. Luckily I cancelled subscription because it’s not like loot crate was nice enough to reach out about the missing box, instead I’ve had to email them about 10 times wondering where the $100 worth or boxes are. If you aren’t prepared to send something out then don’t do it until you are. I know with the pandemic shipping has gotten weird but if that’s the case, sell the crates when you ACTUALLY HAVE THE PRODUCT. Anyways, the crates are supposed to ship between this month and the next. Wish me luck, and honestly don’t ever buy from this company.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered items on a black Friday sale - it is now May 30th - I have not received the items and am getting the runaround about getting a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I ordered a couple of crates and from the beginning had trouble contacting Lootcrate support. They simply refused to respond any email contact. They refused to tell me when the first Crate was due to be shipped. I kept trying and eventually got them to tell me I’m was due to ship in February. May had come and itvwas still not shipped. More contact was made about this and they continued to ignore each and every one requesting information. They then contonuedvto ignore the refund requests and PayPal had to be contacted to get a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Lootcrate is no longer a trustworthy or serious business. They do not intend to post your paid items, and do not intend to contact you should you contact them.
