They charge you automatically for the next year without any warning and their customer service is horrible! I’ve reached out to them via email and phone and NO ONE returns your messages. My husband lost his job and we are struggling and I asked them to cancel my daughters service as the amount was pending! No one contacted me!! Their email address is WE LOVE YOU? That’s funny because they love our money not us! If they did they would actually care about their customers! I cancelled and will never go back which is sad..: because we would of loved to return!! Stay away from this company! It be wise and cancel your account as soon as you sign up for one year because they will automatically resign you up for next year and raise the prices on you!!!!!

Ordered a crate. Was charged for two months of crates. Have not received a single item. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. Tell your friends to avoid as well. I hope this startup fails.

Bought a crate as a one off thing since they had a 'promised' Gen:LOCK item that would be included. Apparently not. Got a shirt, 2 cups and a sticker, none which had anything to do with the Gen:LOCK franchise. Definately not the '$60 MSRP value in every crate' that was said on the website and on top of this all, it took almost 3 months to arrive. Waste of my money, would not reccomend. Nothing advertised is actually in the box.

Birthday gift for my son.a 3 month Loot crate subscription was ordered in February as a birthday gift. We received March loot crate in late April and haven’t received another since. This use to be a great gift idea now it’s a joke! Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

3 months coming. No figurine, car sticker is the 4th item. Overwatch t shirt should be in video game box not anime box. Brought for autistic daughter. Received a mug, glass, t shirt and car sticker. Absolutely disappointed and broke her heart that no figurine. Will never ever touch again.

The Only reason I’m leaving the 1 Star is because I have to choose one. But I would take that 1 away if I could. I subscribe to Loot Crate in early March. It’s now on the verge of June, and in that time I’ve only received 1 Crate. Which arrived a month late. And mind you I’ve been billed for the rest. So what did I pay for? 😡👎

Ordered the bi-monthly Fallout series and, as everyone is saying, I too got my first box over one month late and now I am two months late for the second box. I keep checking expected ship dates on my account and they keep pushing the date out by two weeks at a time. so April is supposed to come in mid June and June is supposed to come in mid June?? believe it when I see it. Great concept too bad they can't keep it together. 48 hours for reply from customer service no real answer. I would be very cautious in ordering a one off item they keep spamming me with. I know we are in May but you may not see it before Christmas!

Ordered 6 bimonthly marvel box in March and haven’t gotten anything. Can’t get any answers from the company other than it’s delayed. Lame AF!

Was a long time subscriber. At first, crates were shipped as expected with no issue. Early 2018, they sent notice that they had to increase prices. From that point on, crates were delayed every month, with no explanation. Additionally, the quality of the started to decrease...you still got the t-shirt, but most of the rest of the items were much like something you would find in a fast-food kids meal. After several months of no obvious improvements, I canceled.

Every Crate no matter what variation you pick is shipped late (like months late). Customer service doesn’t even care and are very insulting. Good luck if you try to buy as a gift, because it might never come.

I had this subscription for a few months and what a joke, the took my money for a 3 month subscription and didn't received any boxes, while i am back and fort with evasive emails from them, they renewed my subscription for another 3 months, there is no phone number to get in touch with them, just some evasive person on an email, this is by far the worse subscription box i ever had and i have and had several.

I basically ordered Loot Anime, and Loot Crate on March 1st, it took them over a month for Loot Crate after March 30th, and Loot Anime was finally shipped on May 20th. Definitely never buying crates from them again. They kept delaying the Anime one as well

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered my husband a subscription for February. Fast forward to May, no crates, delays every month. I have not received one crate. I asked for them to just refund me my money. They gave me half and now continue to send me automated emails that don’t even pertain to what I am asking. Loot crate stole my money and refuse to give it back. Worst service and customer service. Pretty sure they will go bankrupt soon. Hold on to your money folks!

I paid money in November for the January crate (as told by their customer service team). I finally received this today, May 21st. This is ridiculous Do not sign up on this service

I was getting them for my daughter, who truly loved them and at fist there was no problems. She got the monthly Loot Crate subscription. BUT over the past year the CONSTANT shipping delays, their failure to pro-actively notify customers that there would be delays, their long delay in responding to queries as to when crates would ship, BUT their having no problem charging your card at the beginning of the month finally made even my daughter say cancel it. Starting in June 2019 she will get a Beauty Box subscription.

I can look past the delay, at least for myself it wasn't too bad though I've heard of other people having massive delays in receiving their product. What I can't look past is receiving what is obviously a terrible product. In the past I've had positive experiences with them and thus was willing to try them out again for the April 2019 Survival Crate. I received a pin that very plainly says that it is from a December 2016 crate, an oversized keychain with one half of it covered with ugly text, two items that are fine at best, and a hat with an incredibly ugly and lazy design. For me, I've always considered the wearable in the lootcrate the most important as everything else could be bought for very cheap, but this hat looks straight out of the clearance sale bin.

be ready to Waite up to 100 days before you even see a crate, its been 95 since I ordered mine and they have no clue where it is, it takes them 48 hours per reply if they even bother to reply at all, highly suggest that you report them to the Better Buissnes Bureau. And they won't refund me as it's been shipped and still may arrive even though it's over 70 days past when they said it would get to me
