“Oh my goodness,thought we were purchasing a wonderful dog crate. Well upon opening, the latch to open was welded on wrong and completely the wrong way!. My son also cut his arm on the very sharp metal threshold!. Ideal for a puppy ... not!. Phoned and was told I would have a refund, but it was not processed, so I had to chase again!. And also had to chase for them to collect the faulty not fit for purpose crate even though I’d been told it was being collected on a certain day and waited in. Will never use this company again. Very disappointing.”

“We recently purchased 2 beautiful gold crates and with complete bedding sets for our pup. We initially encountered a huge shipping error on the account of the courier. However, L&L was extremely responsive and corrected the issue immediately...THANK YOU, ADAM!!!!! We are incredibly pleased with the quality and beauty of all the items we have purchased. They are fit for royalty!! But please be aware that the items on this site are only meant for exceptional and insanely devoted animal lovers...ha!! L&L is the pinnacle of excellence and dedication to pets!! Love you guys.”

“I am really impressed with this site and the lovely things they have for our four-legged friends. I ordered some vet bedding, toys, a crate and a bed and while I'm still waiting for some of the order, what has arrived so far is great, good quality and it came quickly.”

“I ordered a Cat Washroom from Lords & Labradors, and I am extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. My delivery came in two parts (I rung customer service who checked with DHL for me and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly) and both were delivered very quickly. Item was easy to assemble and is a stylish solution to covering the cat litter tray - the cats love it too! Even the packaging was nice! I'll definitely use this company again for any future purchases”

“So pleased we found this site, our new miniature dachshund Jasper received his handmade/well-made Camo fleece yesterday (size 30) he is 3.5 months old...it fits quite snug so possibly should have gone up a size, however he looks gorgeous in it with his tan coloring. We will definitely be ordering a larger size once he's grown a little more. Great company, friendly helpful staff would thoroughly recommend.”

“The large tweed box bed in duck egg blue is seriously luxurious. The fabric colours are stunning, the inner cushion is reversible with tweed material one side and a fluffy Borg material on the other. A staple piece of furniture for any dog owner. I absolutely love that it’s personalised and more importantly, Luna (Mastiff) finds it really comfy- she loves to rest her head on the cushioned edges. Its really spacious...even our St.Bernard fits in it. It’s super easy to clean & dries quickly, The best quality dog bed we have ever had and the customer service is second to none!”

“I’ve just received the Desert Wash Speckled Bowls and love them. I have 3 dogs so got one in each colour and straight away they knew they were for them! I love the fact that they’re lightweight but still have the silicone stoppers on the bottom to prevent them sliding around. Quick delivery and packaged brilliantly so will definitely be ordering from you again! Thank you!”

“I have had a really bad experience with the customer service of this company which I would not expect from a 'luxury brand'- with the price tag to match. The collar I ordered did not fit my Cavapoo, despite her neck size matching up with the description on the website, and upon exchanging, the smaller collar also did not fit- there is a vast gap between sizes and also between the size description on the website and the real-life product. It is quite ridiculous that there isn't a collar size that fits this very popular dog breed. Despite this obvious flaw in the product, I was not offered a full refund for the matching lead that I had ordered, because it was not in the original packaging. It is outrageous that we are having to cover the cost of re-fixing a tag when it was perfectly reasonable of us to remove the tag for the lead on the assumption that one of your collars would fit a Cavapoo. As a purported luxury brand this situation is unacceptable service, hence this review.”
