Very knowledgeable guides and you get to see the Ashes Urn, the Long Room & Dressing Rooms. Thoroughly recommend as a great day out. We also ate in the Lords Tavern which was very good.

The customer service I received was very good and the product is just what I wanted. However, this was a Christmas gift for my husband which was spoilt as the product came with the Lords logo on the envelope which my husband could not fail to see when he picked the post up!! Perhaps you could bear this in mind and ask when ordering if the item is a surprise gift for a family member so as not to send items out with your logo in the packaging?? Kind regards. Jane Taylor

Thank you for taking the time to review the Lord's Online Shop. We do not have envelopes with the Lord's Logo on, the only thing pointing to it being from Lord's is the returns address which unfortunately has to be on there for fulfillment reasons. I apologise if this caused you any problems and we will be sure to take your comments on board. Thanks again.

I purchased the bat-making experience for my fiancé and went with him to Lord's. Not being a cricket fan myself, I was unsure if I'd enjoy the experience. I must say that the whole experience was extremely enjoyable. The tour was excellent and very interesting. Our guide, Tony, was extremely knowledgeable and made the day very enjoyable. We have talked about our visit every day since and I'm proud to have visited. I would (and have) recommend this experience to friends and family. A big thumbs up from this cricket virgin! Shopping is a pleasure from Lords. Easy purchase and super fast shipping. I live in Australia and the shipping from Lords is the fastest I've seen from any overseas purchase. The products themselves are first rate and of a quality that surpasses expectations. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Lords Shop.

I like the Lords shop website. I like many of the products. i would like to buy many of them but not all at the same time. I am deterred from making purchases as I and when I want to make them due to the prohibitive postal charges. F. J. Kieran

I ordered swing balls for my grandsons for Christmas however it was mid january before they arrived. Although it happened to be their birthday in January it missed these too. A bit disappointed!

Being in Lord's, for a humble cricket fan was very humbling! Walking through the shop afterwards was simply experiencing the commercial side of the experience, whilst having the opportunity to purchase meaningful mementoes! Perhaps some prices could be revisited!

I am writing this from Australia. Dealing with any organisation from afar can always have its problemsbut I have not found this to be the case here.Having had to deal with my puchases over the phone and because of the time differences no problems have been experieced here. Staff have always been friendly and courteous and have always gone out of their way to put my mind at rest. There will certainly be future transactions as the needs arise. John Jordan

Bought the Lords Celebration in Pictures Book for Husband's Birthday He was delighted with it very informative a must for a Cricket fanatic also bought the limited edition mug and key-ring both good quality only cup is so nice and classy looking He refuses to use it! Mind you He has the other Lords Mugs so has plenty to choose from and as always delivery very swift

Usually I don't write reviews but this is an exception. I ordered puma gloves for a friend as a birthday gift. The website is easy to use and the order process was quick so I cant fault that. However, i ordered on the 7th of February 2014, its now the 5th of March 2014 and it has still not been delivered. I have emailed customer services a number of times but since lordsonline outsource this service to another company called Direct2fans, I knew I would not get a straight answer about when my item will arrive. They did reply quickly stating that they will try to get an update from lords ground to find out why there has been a delay. The reason I'm reviewing the service as poor is because if there was a delay I should have been notified. It states on the website that the customer will receive an email if goods can't be delivered within the 7 days. I didn't get any correspondence from the company. I had to email myself to find out why my gloves haven't arrived. Anyway on the 25th February, they emailed back saying it should reach me 16 days. In my opinion this is a huge disappointment and I'm very unsatisfied because lordsonline did not even try to contact the customer about the obvious delay in delivery. At least I could've prepared for it. I will not be ordering from here again and I will not recommend to anyone else. Unless you like to kept out of the loop of the delivery and wish to wait over a month!

I was only buying tickets for a tour of Lords. However, the process was simple. The tickets arrived very promptly, which was good as they were for a christmas present.

I used the online ordering at Christmas and my order was sent out the same day. The gentleman on the phone made me comfortable and the system simple for me. The recipient said the items were quality items and was very pleased to receive them.

Your order placed on 08/12 was dispatched on 13/12, and unfortunately on Tuesday we received this back to our warehouse stating that it was undelivered, and then unclaimed at the sorting office.
